Fantastic location in Surf City. Centrally located near stores, restaurants, mini golf, liquor store, fish store, pizza, ice cream, Wallys, 5&10, etc....
Indoor Full bath with shower as well as an outdoor shower (everyone’s favorite). On premises parking for one car only in designated spot Over-sized front deck with brand new Adirondack chairs and a large picnic table with benches. Gas BBQ grill.

I had a double transplant and I am immune compromised so high have an extremely clean home and implement strict cleaning policies and my rental to keep everyone safe!

We needed to keep this special place in our family. Surf City means a lot to our family and we love being a part of this wonderful town.
