Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, pets should not be left unattended in the home and are not allowed in pool.

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Please note; our pool cleaner comes Monday and Thursday mornings. He will come and go through the side gate and should not bother you throughout your stay.

☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always try their best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool

☆ Bachelorette Parties: Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you're booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!

Like many urban areas, you may notice a visible homeless population in the city, including downtown and surrounding regions. However, rest assured that the property offers a private, peaceful retreat, perfect for social gatherings without concerns about noise. While the neighborhood lacks many sidewalks, it’s ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed environment, though it may not be the best for long walks with dogs. The home is particularly suited for adults looking to enjoy the lively, diverse energy and the unique charm of Palm Springs. Please consider this when planning your stay, as it may not offer the conveniences typically sought for family visits.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 8 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 4
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City's "Good Neighbor Brochure", provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.

Not great neighborhood

This house is in a low income neighborhood with abandoned houses - one right next door. Across the street the house has two big dogs that bark a lot, shades closed all the time, etc. A few people regularly walking around who looked like they could have been on something. I would NOT recommend coming here with kids. With that being said, we did not have any actual problems with neighbors and I don't think there is anything wrong with low income neighborhoods as long as you know what to expect. We were less comfortable being in the backyard - which looked lovely in the pictures - because of the neighborhood. We did eventually warm up to that. But don't count on playing the miniature golf - none of the holes actually line up with the ground. There were some floaties for the pool but they all had holes in them so deflated quickly. The place just does not feel loved. The pots and pans are awful. The knives do not cut anything other than things like bananas. And no one lives here so there are no extra things. For example, no salt and pepper (although we did buy some and leave ours so maybe it is there now). They do have some coffee and tea.The property manager was great. She was very responsive and pleasant to deal with when issues came up. When we arrived I did tell her that we felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood and asked if there were other options, but she said no and would not offer any refund. This does not feel like an "up and coming" neighborhood like it suggests.
