Family and friends will enjoy this quiet. Sportsplex and OWA are 10 minutes from the 32 miles of Sugar White Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. New quartz countertops throughout. Modern tile showers with glass doors. Pool, Hot Tub and Workout facility is on-site. There is a fire pit, pickleball court and grilling area.
This 3 BR, 2 BA unit is great for a Romantic Getaway, Families, Golf Outings at Craft Farms, Peninsula, or One Club within 5 minutes. Free Wi-Fi. No Pets allowed per HOA regulation. Must be 21 years of age to book. Bella Kaya Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Private, Right Rear Corner unit Upstairs unit. We supply 6 beach towels for your stay. Parking is $25.00 per stay, per car. Guests, please check in at the front Clubhouse beside pool within 24 hours after arrival to pay and obtain parking passes and to avoid being towed. Pool/Hot Tub. Fitness Center. No parties allowed. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets allowed per HOA regulations. No towels hung over balconies. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Hot Tub and Pool closes 10:00 pm.

Cozy Comfortable Condo
This property was clean, comfortable, and furnished with all you need. We enjoyed our week long stay with access to the pool on property and driving distance to our needed events. Overall this was a great place! We loved our stay!

The condo was clean. We had activities available to stay at the property. Everything was nearby: the stores, the beach, the baseball fields. The property was quiet and made the vacation feel like a vacation

Total Scam. After informing the host there will be an extra guest and they agreed we could bring an air mattress, they want to charge me 100 for that guest. I have screenshots of the conversation but the host has acted as if they can not find the message and can not recall it. Not one find was it mentioned when I asked. They said as long as we did not have more than 8 and there were 7 guests!

We enjoyed our stay at Bella Kaya. The communication with the host was fantastic and the unit itself is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed and then some! We'll certainly stay again should our travels bring us back to Gulf Shores.

Everything was nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. The host was accommodating to our questions quickly.
