The house itself it great. Nice location, wonderful setup, modern appliances, furniture and beds. The house needs a deep clean- there was significant mold in the basement shower and shower curtain. thick layers of dust and cobwebs in the walls and decor, and the coffee maker had moldy coffee grounds from prior renters. Additionally, there was a towel that was dirty.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was well laid out (two dishwashers) and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. I loved the decorating--beachy colors and fun touches. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was large, clean, and well-maintained, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were two separate kitchens, several gathering areas, large bedrooms, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it.

Mattress was broken down in the middle making you roll to the middle. Not comfortable, especially for two people.
