Best place!

The communication with the host was amazing! He answers questions immediately and I even face timed him! The condo had everything our group of 6 adults needed! The furniture was very comfortable and the condo has 2.5 baths which is always a plus! Location is perfect to walk to beach, bars and restaurants! We definitely are coming back!

Holidays on Tybee

This property was perfect for our holiday celebration! The living space and dining area were very comfortable for the 6 of us. The powder room was a great addition to the 2 full bathrooms. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. TVs/streaming capabilities in each room. The large outdoor space really doubles the living space.very short walk to the beach/pier. Dan was by far the most communicative host I’ve ever experienced. He went out of his way to be accommodating/helpful really leading to the enjoyment. Random little things came up and Dan’s ability to problem solve/troubleshoot was on point!

Perfect Getaway

My girlfriends and I had a spectacular experience. The condo was perfect for us. It was so clean and had everything we needed to have a great visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms! The outside patio was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The patio was our gathering place to share a drink! The location of the condo is great for shopping and eating out. We didn’t have to move the car once we got there. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Thanks Dan…2024 Girls Trip was fantastic! Looking forward to next year!

Wonderful Condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Dan was wonderful to communicate with. He reached out before our arrival to let us know of a potential issue, but he already had resolution in place. We only had one slight issue during our stay, which was an issue with the coffee maker, but we were able to easily resolve this issue ourselves! The condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We very much enjoyed the area that the condo is located, and the pools! The only thing I wish that had been different would have been if there were steps leading down to the pool area from the back porch. Unfortunately, with the way it is built, guests must walk through the garage and around the side of the pool to enter. This is not the condo owners fault whatsoever. There were also a few gates not functioning around the pool area during our stay, but again this is not the condo owners fault. We did see several people cleaning the grounds and the pools during our stay, so the grounds themselves are well maintained and I’m sure the gates will be fixed soon. I’ve seen several reviews about the walk to the beach and just want to add my two cents that it is not a bad walk at all for a condo in this area! The island is adorable and we would love to come stay again one day!

Great stay!

Wonderful property with close proximity to the beach and restaurants. My family had an amazing time; each room was beautifully furnished. We had a large party (8 of us!) and there was more rhan enough space for us. The patio was huge! And having covered parking in the heoght of summer was much appreciated. Dan is a wonderful host - check in instructions were clear and concise, and he responds quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan or Brass Rail - we're planning on visiting again!

Great Spot and Great Owner.

We had a couple hiccups with our stay, but overall it was positive. My wife and I frequent Tybee, but had family with us this time. The location is great. As close as you can get to the beach without being "beachfront". The condo is so well equipped; even a pack&play for smaller kids. Plenty of blankets and pillows. We didnt have to pack out own tent or wagon, it was all there at the condo. So convenient. You're a 1 minute walk from tons of food, bar, stores, etc. Dan communicated with me instantly and even gave some dining suggestions. The condo is very clean and well taken care of. When we arrived at the Condo we hit yhe grocery store first thing; bought everything so we could just sit at the beach and come back to food for dinner. The refrigerator died on our first night and we woke up to most of our food spoiled. We were out $150 from the get go. Dan offered to have someone come and fix it while we were there, but I'm not comfortable with someone in our condo without us being there. I also wasn't wasting family time leaving them at the beach to come back for am appliance. We moved what wasn't bad to coolers and made do. The condo is great. Perfect for families. We just had a bad experience losing most our groceries to a fridge.

Gaulke Family Getaway

Everything was awesome! The unit was well stocked, clean and had lots of room and ammenities for all to enjoy. We loved being so close to the beach, downtown little shops, lots of dining choices and more. The unit also had access to a wonderful pool area and hot tub, that we enjoyed nightly. Our party of 8 were very comfortable!. Thank you Dan and family! The Gaulke family

Great family layout and location

Loved the layout, huge master bedroom and back patio. Pool was easily accessible and the ocean was just a few minutes walk.

Great location and property

This is one of the best locations and properties we have stayed at on Tybee island. Having the pool was a great option to the beach every day. Also all the beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts was a huge benefit.

Wonderful week on Tybee!

This a wonderful property, so close to so many restaurants, shops, the pier, everything! The unit is well stocked, even beach towels and chairs! Dan is a great host, and we can’t wait to go back!

Spring Break 2024

We had a great stay in Tybee Island. Unfortunately for us we had cool/wet weather so we didn't get the enjoy the patio or pools as much as we would have liked, but we did get in the hot tub a few times and had one good beach day. Speaking of the beach, it's right around the corner and the condo has EVERYTHING you need for a day at the beach even a wagon to pull it all in. Location, check-in/out, cleanliness, communication, everything was fantastic. Thank you Dan!

Loved it!

Perfectly described. Loved the layout. Family had time together, but individual rooms for private space. Loved the beach, 2 minute walk. Plenty of eating places within 5 minutes. Ice cream galore! Tranquility. Going before Christmas was perfect. No one around. Felt like Tybee Beach was our own. Super safe feeling. We will definitely get with Dan on a return visit.

Family relaxation

Well needed and deserved get away for family. Great for my 4 year old grandson as well as the 60+ grandparents and of course parents. Beautiful, comfortable condo. Exceptionally clean. Owner wonderful and very attractive to our needs. Walk to beach, pool, and pier. Have stayed here prior and would definitely return. Provided great stuff for beach- kids sand toys, boogie boards, chairs and shade tent with wagon transport!

Family Vacation

We've stayed in Tybee several times during Labor Day weekend. This was a wonderful condo with attention to all the details! There was plenty of seating for our family of 7 adults. Games and books and the beach wagon and towels were a big bonus. We arrived just as a hurricane passed nearby a few days before and Dan was very communicative and kept us informed on the property. A very good host! I would recommend this condo!!

What a great place, and a great vacation spot! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was not as crowded as we expected during the week (which was nice), and the condo pool was perfect. Dan was so helpful prior to arrival, and also during our vacation. He has always been super-quick to respond. I highly recommend renting this location. The rooms were very clean, and the place was well-furnished with almost everything you’d need.

Awesome place

The Condo was awesome room enough for 8. The balcony is amazing nice and big and furnished well. The AC didn’t work well and the owner knows that he is gonna replace it next year. The washing machine is iffy. The condo it self was well furnished, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, wagon and toy for the kids. I just wish this condo was beachfront and ocean views, I knew a head of time that it wasn’t. It is a short walk to the beach. It does have two pools which were not crowded. My con is I wish his condo was located somewhere else we did not like Tybee Island it was way too crowded. The best thing was all restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I had to contact Dan on a couple of things and he responded right away.

This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The patio is amazing and had plenty seats for our family. There were extra beach towels and beach chairs that we were thankful for having. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a big family meal. The location of the condo is key! Its walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops. And last but not least, the home owners were very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional stay, no complaints

This property exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that caught my attention was the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The owners have taken great care to ensure that every nook and cranny is spotless, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen provided everything I needed to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying them with family and friends. However, what truly sets this property apart is its outdoor expansive patio space. We spent hours relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture. The property also featured a stunning pool and hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to return for another remarkable vacation.
