Location, Location, Location.....It is unique for 2 reasons - size of the patio & 2023 upgrades....Condo is located just steps from the beach - less than 1/4 block....First Floor Poolside....Can comfortably sleep up to 9.....Keyless Entry....I will provide Door Code, Drive through Gate Code, Pedestrian Walk Through gate Code, WiFi Netork & Code.....Brass Rail #110 is extremely well appointed with a stainless steel kitchen, crown molding and plenty of space to kick back....1400 square feet….Leave you car behind in the gated underground parking lot as the condo is centrally located in the most desirable area of the Island.....Parking is expensive on Tybee but you will be within walking distance of most restaurants, entertainment and quaint shops at South Beach.....The pier is only 1/4 block away......2 covered, gated, and secure underground parking spaces....Beach wagon, 10' x 10' Pop Up Beach Tent, 4 beach chairs and beach toys for the kids....Condo community has gated access, hot tub, two pools and gazebo,.....There are 2 parking places for the condo.....75” Smart TV in Living Room and additional Smart TV's in all 3 bedrooms.…Weber Grill…You'll enjoy the outdoors from the over-sized patio overlooking two of the pools…..Outdoor dining seats 12....We also have 2 bicycles (beach cruisers) that you can use for a nominal charge - $1 per day….Come and Enjoy Tybee for a very unique experience.....Covered gazebo with restrooms for multi-family get togethers.....5 beds plus pull out couch.....We are new owners and would love to have you and your family as our guests!!

Great location, very clean and extremely well appointed. The host was great at communicating both with updates and responding to questions. Layout comfortable and homey. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was great. So close to the beach and the shops. The rooms were huge and the extended balcony was amazing! Would definitelt stay here again. Daniel provided detailed information and was very quick to respond to any questions that I had.

Tybee

We had a wonderful time in Tybee for our annual girls trip! The accommodations were wonderful - we loved the large patio, used the pool every day and loved the proximity to the beach. The condo included a wagon, chairs, tent, cooler - everything we needed for the beach! Within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. Dan was very communicative - quick to respond to our questions and gave great recommendations and instructions. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo has so many amenities. The pool and the beach were convenient and never crowded. We truly had a fantastic time and the owners were so accommodating. It was roomy and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Relaxing

Enjoyed our stay on Tybee. Loved that the restaurants and shops were so close within walking distance. Able to walk across the street and get my coffee before sunrise. The condominium was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Pool wasn’t too crowded.Owner was easily accessible although we had no issues. Fond of Tybee and its relaxed environment.

Wonderful condo, we really enjoyed the patio deck as well as the comfy indoor living room. Owner checked on us and helped us find a beach photographer on very short notice. It was also nice not having to bring our beach tent, wagon, chairs, and towels - all were available to use with the condo. The location is fantastic, the beach is so close and really nice restaurants in easy walking distance. Covered parking for two cars was perfect. We will definitely go back!

Wonderful unit - great location!

The condo was clean and plenty large enough for our family of 8. The outdoor space was great!! Dan was a great host and very communicative and helpful. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved both the beach and pool.

Amazing Stay- Highly Recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this condo by the beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we entered a dream vacation. The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The patio was amazing! The host, Dan, was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic – close to local attractions and easy to get around. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay close to the beach!!

Bucket list/birthday

Absolutely the best stay on Tybee Island!!! My wife is handicapped and uses an electric wheelchair. The property was ADA compliant and she loved it. From the wide doors to the oversized balcony, she had no problems getting around. My family had a great time in the pool, hot tub and the very short walk to the beach and pier. God willing we will return..

Great family layout and location

Loved the layout, huge master bedroom and back patio. Pool was easily accessible and the ocean was just a few minutes walk.

Wonderful week on Tybee!

This a wonderful property, so close to so many restaurants, shops, the pier, everything! The unit is well stocked, even beach towels and chairs! Dan is a great host, and we can’t wait to go back!

Nice Family Condo Close to Beach

Tybee Thanksgiving

We had all we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner! Great patio to lounge on and a nice big TV to watch the games. Super convenient location for walking to the beach, shopping, eating and drinking.

Adult Family Vacay

We had a great time in Tybee Island & would recommend Dan's property to all!! Unit was clean, had everything we needed & the bonus is the huge patio! Very close walk to beach & Dan provides beach chairs, floats & a beach wagon to get all of your things to the beach in one trip. South Beach was so much fun.

Holidays on Tybee

This property was perfect for our holiday celebration! The living space and dining area were very comfortable for the 6 of us. The powder room was a great addition to the 2 full bathrooms. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. TVs/streaming capabilities in each room. The large outdoor space really doubles the living space.very short walk to the beach/pier. Dan was by far the most communicative host I’ve ever experienced. He went out of his way to be accommodating/helpful really leading to the enjoyment. Random little things came up and Dan’s ability to problem solve/troubleshoot was on point!

Spacious, clean property just steps from the beach

Myself and 5 others stayed at this property and it was absolutely wonderful. We had plenty of space and the outdoor patio was huge! Very clean as well. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Super easy to rent from the hosts. We will be looking here for future vacations!
