If you are looking for an upscale condominium at a luxury resort with the most magnificent views in Panama City - then look no further. This three bedroom luxury penthouse on the 21st floor is an end unit with a PRIVATE WRAP-AROUND BALCONY. It has an unobstructed view that allows you to see east from St Andrews Bay all the way west to Destin with the world's most beautiful beaches in between. Whether you like watching the sun rise while sipping your coffee on the balcony or enjoy relaxing with fabulous ocean sunsets, this is the place for a memorable family vacation or an unforgettable honeymoon.

The Living Room and Master Bedroom have breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean plus access to the SPACIOUS 125 SQUARE-FOOT WRAP AROUND BALCONY through the 8-FOOT SLIDING GLASS DOORS. This professionally decorated unit features brand name furniture throughout, custom-made draperies, nine-foot ceilings, and tile floors throughout. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit and a full-sized high efficiency washer and dryer are an added convenience.

Recently, the newly elected Board of Directors decided to self-manage the property to correct deficiencies that existed. Actions taken included a complete cleaning of the building exterior, including the parking deck, hiring a new security company, upgrading the elevator controls to eliminate delays and congestion and refurbishing the elevator cabs. Continued improvements to the condominium property to increase the guests' stay are the top priority of the new management company.

Our condo is not managed by a rental company but is operated and maintained by ourselves. Unlike many units in this complex, this condo is our second home and we have furnished and maintain it for our personal use since we spend much of the year here ourselves. Guests staying in our condo will feel like it is their home also.

The specifics of our condo is included below:

The MASTER BEDROOM overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and has a magnificent high-top king-size bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. It has matching nightstands and dresser, a 42 inch flat screen LCD television with Blu-ray disc/DVD player, with a private door leading to the wrap-around balcony. The master bathroom has an oversized tub/shower and a separate dressing area.

The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM has a great view of the beach looking eastward to St Andrews Bay. It is furnished with a king-sized bed with firm Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, has a beautifully appointed complementary nightstand and chest as well as a 32 inch flat screen LCD television with Blu-ray disc/DVD player.

The THIRD BEDROOM features a platinum wingback queen-sized bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. A unique complementary chest and a 32 inch flat screen LCD television complete the room.

EACH OF THE BEDROOMS HAS A PRIVATE CONNECTED BATHROOM WITH TUB, SHOWER AND HAIR-DRYER.

The LIVING ROOM features a sofa and an overstuffed love seat to provide plenty of seating for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic ocean views through TWO SETS OF 8-FOOT SLIDING GLASS DOORS or watching the 42 inch LCD flat screen television, featuring HBO and NetFlix, is mounted over a glass-door console. A DVD player is included along with a collection of books for readers of all ages.

The DINING AREA features a fine-crafted wooden table with six matching chairs. The adjacent bar features a tiled front with six low-back stools for additional seating.

The fully-equipped KITCHEN has granite counter tops with a refrigerator and ice maker, full-sized microwave, super quiet dishwasher, a flat-top electric stove with self-cleaning oven and a heavy duty garbage disposal. If you like to cook, there is everything you need including high quality cookware and appliances including a toaster, coffeemaker and blender. There is also dinnerware, glasses and flatware to accommodate all the guests

The unit also has direct access to WI-FI internet service, cable television (WITH HBO AND NETFLIX).

Also included are TWO RESERVED PARKING SPACES in the connected covered parking garage, allowing for convenient access to the condo and your vehicle.

This magnificent condominium is located at the most lavish resort property on Panama City Beach with the largest pool on Florida's west coast. The resort amenities include:

Waterfalls, Exotic Tropical Landscaping, a zero entry access and a separate
large hot tub

In the summertime, KARAOKE and LIVE BANDS are featured in the pool area for your entertainment. There is also a KIDS CLUB that provides supervised children activities, so children can have fun while you relax by the pool or on the beach. Parasailing and jet skis are available right off the beach walk and beach chairs and umbrellas are available on the beach.

Several outstanding restaurants are within walking distance, including the world-famous Pineapple Willy's next door and Angelo's Steak Pit down the street. For last-minute shopping needs there is a Super Wal-Mart across the street. Nearby fast-food restaurants include Waffle House next door and McDonalds, Hungry Howie's Pizza and a donut shop across the street. Only a few miles away is Pier Park, Panama City's newest tropical-style shopping mall, with 124 stores including Old Navy, Dillard's, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Chico's, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville and, of course, a Starbucks.

For the Golfer there are several great Championship courses in Panama City Beach such as Signal Hill which is next to the resort, Bay Point with the Nickalaus Course and The Meadows Course, the Holiday Golf with Lighted Par 3 and Greg Norman Designed Sharks Tooth at Wild Heron. We also have a motion-activated Ring doorbell camera outside of the front door of the property for your safety.

Spring Break
SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! If you purchase renters insurance they will hit you with all kinds of FAKE damage to fix their outdated condo! I was completely shocked after speaking with Sunlee she was so nice and personable but it was all fake!! Obviously “we’re aren’t out any money” as Sunlee put it but it’s the principle of the matter. We didn’t damage anything this is the biggest ripoff insurance scam I’ve ever seen!! They have other properties so just beware and look at the names!! The condo its self isn’t horrible but the elevators are a nightmare and the parking garage is insane!! Do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here period unless it on the bottom level and it not owed by Scammers!

Duped and Disappointed
Five week rental. VRBO description & pictures present as resort like. Two pool bars, coffee & ice cream shop not open during my stay. The outdoor pool is not heated, the indoor pool was closed for the last half for repair, the outdoor hot tub was shared with more kids than adults while open, then closed to everyone for maintenance. Many local businesses closed until March. I was told by the owner, this is common knowledge & practice. Not to a person from WI. The condo sleeps 6 but the living room seats 5, as does the balcony. Shortly after arriving cleaning became a priority. Vacuuming, dusting, washing handprint covered sliding glass door, washing a filthy tablecloth, and mopping sticky floors. The track sill on the sliding doors are thick with dirt and grime. My cleaning did not include the sills - too much. Condo needs a deep cleaning & general TLC. On arrival I walked in and over to the sliding door leading out onto the balcony and was confronted by a note - “PLEASE KEEP SLIDING DOOR CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. LEAVING DOOR OPEN WILL CAUSE A/C TO FREEZE UP.” Same for other set of sliding doors. None of the windows throughout the condo open. Hoping for fresh air and the sound of waves, you are out of luck. Once family members began departing, one pair earlier than planned, I left the following day, surrendering my final paid week. The description was not only deceptive it was dishonest. Large commitments between two parties require good faith dealing. Disappointed.

Perfect vacation!
The check in process was super simple and the condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean! Everything needed was included to have a home away from home. The location was perfect!

Great vacation
Such a great location and the condo was perfect for our family . The owners were great and we were able to contact them when ever for anything … Didn’t need a thing , Definitely would stay again in a heart beat . The grounds were well kept and the security was everywhere making it feel safe and comfortable. Again Sun Lee you and your husband were the best , Thank you .. 2131 Top notch stay , 5 Stars .
