I almost want to downplay how wonderful this place is, bc if everyone knew how cute and cozy it was, there would never be any vacancies, lol. The location is perfect - marsh out the back, beach to the front and a pool just steps away. Host was super easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze, literally could not ask for a better place or experience! Id give ten stars if I could.

From Sunrise to Sunset, this place delivers views and relaxation in spades! We loved our trip to this little slice of heaven. You could not beat the price and location. The hosts are super responsive and always willing to help within reason. We will definitely be back!

Great time in Carolina Beach and Melissa's place was in a perfect location for the beach, food and entertainment. Pet friendly, bikes, pool all added to the amazing experience. Views from both the front and back decks were amazing. Melissa was great to communicate with for our entire trip. 5 star experience!!

This condo was such a perfect location with access to the beach and to the boardwalk very clean and convenient!

Clean, well-stocked with every utensil and pots and pans in the kitchen, toiletries and cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, and bed and couch and the outdoor sofa on the deck were comfy. Owner was responsive. Only a block from beach so great place to bring your dog to walk! Great place for our one-month stay!!

It was absolutely perfect, a full on dream! Melissa was absolutely the BEST. I want to come back when it’s a little warmer. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful space!

Great location with beautiful views! Melissa was quick to respond to any message and made sure the place was ready for our little family! Our toddler especially enjoyed the cars and extra sand buckets! Would definitely stay again!

Melissia was a wonderful host! Very helpful and quick to respond! The place was clean and very comfortable! The views from the front and back porches were awesome!! The beach and pool were just steps away as well as the Carolina beach pier! Would definitely recommend staying here!

I booked this lovely condo for a full week trip at Carolina beach and it was amazing. The location was walking distance to the beach and the Carolina beach pier. The host was really good at staying in communication with me as well. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Carolina beach.

A Gem of a rental

One of the best condos I have rented in pleasure island. It was just 2 of us for a girls weekend and it had everything we needed and more. Melissa is a great communicator and really took time to put extra touches such as coffee flavorings, plenty of towels, clean and inviting decor. Would stay again!

Such a sweet little stay. We have small kiddos, so this was a perfect place for us. They loved sleeping on a hide away couch, the little porch had beach toys that they played with on the porch and on the beach and our 5 year old was sad to have to leave. We told him we can always come back and we definitely will! Side note from the adults, the little back porch connected to our bedroom was great at night once the littles were asleep. A small glass of wine and perfect spot for watching stars made for some wonderful down time.

Really nice apartment, clean and comfortable! Our host was very responsive and patient as we had a problem using the key pad but other than that no issues. The front patio was lovely to sit out on with the beach in front of you. Walk across the street and your on the beach! Pretty marshes in the rear outside your bedroom windows. Plenty of hot water for showering. Beach chairs and umbrellas were good but if you like to sit upright, bring your own. It is pet friendly but we didn't bring our pups this trip. It's like 3 short flights of stairs. Publix is like 2 miles away ABC store too, boardwalk is a 2 minute drive down the road. Plenty of food and shopping options. We had a really nice trip!

Great communicative host ! Lovely location near the pool and the beach ! Was nice to have kitchen amenities to cook and eat in a few nights of our stay !
