It was a amazing stay all the way around location was perfect couldn't ask for better the manager was super nice and responsive and the condo is very nice and cozy i can not wait to come back!

This was our first time doing a VRBO. To sum it up, just keep your expectations in check. The room isn’t necessarily bad. It’s just very lived-in without having received any love or maintenance for a long time. A lot of things were busted up and broken or just plain wore out. One major negative was catching a massive roach in the bathtub while using the bathroom late at night.All that being said, the room was decently clean, the a/c worked really well, and the vicinity to the beach was awesome. If your focus is more on spending your time on the beach than in the room, I think you’ll be fine.

We have regular pest control services in place, but in light of your comments, we immediately had our exterminator complete a thorough treatment to ensure the home remains pristine. Family Getaway

Overall this place was lovely. Excellent location and the weather during the trip was just wonderful. My small family of 3 stayed for 2 nights and would definitely consider returning to the property.

This place is fantastic!! Great spot especially if you dont want to drive everyday to the beach. Me and my fiancée walked to the beach everyday it was absolutely fantastic. Definitely coming back this summer!!

Really Cute and Very Comfy!

We loved this cute place!! Super comfy and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The host was wonderful and very responsive!

The location is amazing. Right next to the beach and it has a great pool. The unit is perfect for 2 people and has a full kitchen. The listing needs updates as it listed that it has basic cooking supplies and it didn’t. There were a few issues we had during our stay but Billy was quick to respond and help us enjoy our vacation.

Honeymoon

This was our honeymoon trip and it was very good. It was refreshingly quiet. There was easy access to the beach and other activities as well.

Family Easter

Amazing beautiful place with all the amenities you need. Pool, full kitchen, views of beach and intercoastal. Beach, pier and bar block away. Host is super nice.

Great location!

This is such a cute little condo. Super close to the beach (a very short walk) and perfect for relaxing weekend. Billy was very communicative and friendly. He responded to any questions we had immediately. We enjoyed it and will be back!

Place was at a great location. Beach was nearby, restaurant was a few steps away and several shops and things to do were just a short drive away. Beautiful place. We were hoping to be able to fish from the pier but didnt know it was broken. Dont know how long its been like that but that was the only downside to the stay. Everything was great.

Pros: Location is great, easy access to the beach. Cons: Kitchen sink was broke on arrival, they had someone out to fix it, then he had to come back the second day and just walked in no warning, which scared my daughter. Microwave almost caught on fire and was unable to be used, oven also had a flame in it when turned on and was unable to be used. Porch door doesn’t fully lock and has a hole in it so flies had access plus the overall safety issue. Front door wouldn’t lock unless you pushed on the door. Toilet could only be used every 30-40mins or it wouldn’t flush, No sponge or dishwasher soap was provided, I had to purchase my own. Also had to use another guests pool code as the code provided didn’t work and the response from the hosts friend was “oh I don’t go to the pool”. Towels and sheets were left in the dryer, we had to fold and put away. No dust pan was on site to sweep. Pictures VRBO are also outdated. Parking pass is outdated by over a year. Was really hoping it was a better property but the issues kept adding up.

Our stay was good, however, I would only stay again if you add a lock to the sliding doors at front and back. It would be easy to climb up onto either balcony and open the doors. apart from that it was a great location and place

Awesome getaway!

Adorable spot for the other half, and I to get away for a few days! Simple, cute set up. Simplistic design, and loved the table and chairs on the balcony. Cutting the string lights on a night, set the tone! Will definitely be back!!

Amazing Family Easter!

My daughter's and I had the best Easter week ever here. Host was so sweet. Had a full kitchen with everything we needed to make our Easter dinner. Views of the beach and intercoastal. Pool, 2 patios, washer/dryer, pier and bar a block away. Close to shopping and restaurants. You can even drive on the beach and fish right there. Definitely be back!

Nice location

The condo was not as clean as expected the condo needs some updates the owner should get some sheets that don’t have stains on them. Some new towels would help. The little things make a huge difference. The sliding glass doors have no locks on them. The location was awesome.

The condo had good beach access and was very close to the community pool, but it needs some updating. The kitchen was not very well stocked, door sliders didn’t lock and front slider hardware was broken, and towels are pretty worn. The bed would definitely benefit from a new mattress also. We also had some confusion at check in about using the lock box vs door key. However, the host was quick to respond and helped us get in using the door code. Overall, though, we had a nice long weekend at the beach and enjoyed our stay.

My oldest son's birthday is Jun 5th and mine is the 8th... We had a great week... My other son and his family were able to come down and celebrate with us as well! It had everything we needed to cook full meals, saving money on eating out. Washer and dryer worked well...Walk across the street and you're at the beach... 20 minute drive to the Ft Fisher aquarium and ferry ride, in which my 3 year old grandson loved!
