The Wild Horse Guesthouse is located on a huge private lot in the heart of Downtown Durango. It is such a comfortable house and really lends itself to families. The house is very child and pet friendly. It is decorated in what we call Modern Cowboy style with high quality furnishings and all the amenities. The best part is you can walk to everything! We are so proud to offer this adorable house for your family to explore Durango from.

Welcome!

This is a real house on a large city lot located close to trails, downtown Durango and grocery store. You can walk to everything you need.

Everything on the property is private unto the guests!

I am available anytime by text message. Just let me know if you need anything at all.

Wild Horse is very near to world class mountain bike trails, the river and river trail, downtown Durango, Durango Natural Foods Market.

There is parking in the driveway. However walking is great because everything is pretty close.

The property was very well maintained, well appointed. Nice and quiet, and a reasonable walk from activities, restaurants and shopping.Enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Nice house, very clean, comfortable beds, good towels with no scented detergent smell (a big plus for me), huge grassy fenced back yard which our pup absolutely loved zooming around in, quiet walkable neighborhood close to downtown (we drove to dinner but could have easily walked), lively front porch and yard. We would definitely stay here again next trip to Durango!

Property was exactly as described and perfect for a short trip to Durango. It was great to have the fenced yard and be able to walk everywhere. Dog friendly and the host was available should we have needed anything. Would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and cool when we visited in mid July. The backyard is fully fenced and secure. Our dog enjoyed sniffing all of the natural vegetation in the big backyard. It is not really kept up at all so it would not be a great play area for children. The front patio is very nice with a new cover with good lighting. We sat out there and kept our dog tethered. All of the living space was just as it looks and it was very clean and comfortable.

This house was exactly as described. Very good location. We even walked our dogs to the river walk from our house. Speaking about dogs, the backyard was wonderful! Huge and completely fenced. I travel with my dogs a bit and they were so welcoming here and didn't hesitate at all (which isn't always the case with others)The kitchen had everything needed to cook with, but with the location around some good restaurants, we didn't need it. The beds were Very comfortable. Even though there is only one bathroom, it's a good size and had plenty of necessities! And plenty of Hot water:) I would definitely recommend this to everyone..

The property was perfect for our pets. There was a large fenced in yard and neighborhood to walk dogs on leash. The proximity to downtown was walkable. The owner was responsive and welcoming. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Would definitely stay again.

Fun family spring break visit

The house was great and had everything we needed! Traveled with 2 kids under 5 and our dog and the space was perfect for what we needed. Location was great with walking distance to a fun playground. We would definitely stay here again!
