We enjoy the cute house and was close to downtown Durango and walking the Animas river. Holly was available when we need help on anything with house.

One of the best stays I've had at any short term rental. A lot of these places you can tell are built specifically for short-term rental and they don't have a lot of amenities and it just doesn't feel like a home. This is not the case for this one. We had every single thing you might expect or hope for. The amenities were awesome and the host was really responsive. Couldn't ask for more.

Always love staying at this property. It’s clean, efficient, and well located for all our Durango adventures. The little yard was great for our dog and the beds are very comfy. We will definitely be back!

This little house is in a quiet neighborhood but is within 2 miles of Main Ave where you can find anything you need.The kitchen is well stocked; the beds are comfortable; there is plenty of hot water with good volume.We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen and entire home had everything we needed for our 3-night stay, including our little dog. The small yard space was useful her and the location for all of us as it is walking distance to downtown and close driving to everywhere. The sweet bungalow-style home is cozy, well-decorated and has great energy. And Durango is a wonderful town to visit, with Mesa Verde and other wonders nearby.

We appreciate the wonderful location that made walking into town so easy. The home itself was very clean and had every amenity you could think of. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It appeared that they had just completely remodeled the bathroom with a fantastic walk-in shower that had great water pressure, a priority for me. It was a little touches, like having 2 robes in the bathroom for our use that were so nice. We really like the washer and dryer and the fact that the kitchen was completely stocked. We appreciate that the hostess made it so easy to communicate. We also appreciate that we were able to bring our dog. We would stay here again if we return to Durango!

Great little house

Everything was exactly as advertised, and the location was perfect for getting to downtown. We had a small issue while we were there and the host was super responsive and worked with us to solve it quickly.

Weekend getaway

Quick trip to durango to viit with old friends. Tge property was perfect for us; clean, cozy and centraly located. Highy recommended.

Would Stay Again

Our stay was very cozy and we had everything we needed. The property was cute and the house was clean and welcoming. The beds were a bit too soft, but when I mentioned this upon our departure, Holly was very open to feedback. Looking forward to visiting Durango again!

Winter break trip

We planned a winter break trip to ski and explore Durango, this place was perfect. Having the small market and downtown within walking distance was really nice, and the house was so cozy at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!
