Enjoy a 4th Floor Beachfront Stateroom with incredible beach views and access to many Resort amenities which include: private beachfront balcony, wrap-around pool, fully-stocked pool-side Tiki Bar, beach volleyball courts and beachside grills. The unit sleeps 2 to 4 (1 Full bed/1 Queen bed) depending on sleeping preferences. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, 2 stove top burners, sink, microwave, coffee maker and assorted other kitchen supplies available.

Just what we needed!

Condo was perfect. Nicely decorated and very clean. It has all the items that we needed. Thanks to the owner for a great stay.

Thankfully we had purchased travel insurance! We didn’t cancel but because of damage to area we were forced to. Maybe one day we will get to visit there!

Great views!

We came down 3 days after hurricane Debby. The original unit number we were supposed to get had some damage Debra was able to get us into another unit which was awesome! The bed was super comfortable, there were beach towels and chairs provided. We would have preferred an umbrella but there was one of those tent things that you could use.

The unit had everything we could have possibly needed. From Beach chairs and towels to kitchen essentials. The location was perfect.

Perfect!!!

The stay was awesome! The room was clean, we had EVERYTHING we needed. The beach was never crowded and we could walk for miles in each direction. We were so pleased when there were beach chairs, cooler, beach bag and umbrellas in closet!!! Also a basket full of clean Beach towels for our use. Location was awesome, lots of fun places for listening to music and good food! It really was just great! Thank you, Frank and jo Angiulo p.s. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!

We loved staying in this unit! The sunset view was AMAZING and all staff were super friendly. It was super helpful to have lots of beach basics on hand like towels and chairs. We were able to eat in for a few meals since we had small children (3 and 7) and we were close to lots of activities that were fun for everyone! We did have an issue with the bathroom light and as soon as we let Debra know, she had a handyman out same day! We would definitely stay there again :)

Vacation with littles

This was the perfect place to stay! The room was very clean. It was equipped with everything you would need. There was close and easy beach access. This area of the beach is more secluded and great for families. The owner was available via text or call for any questions/concerns. The owner was very accommodating. We will most definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

This place was so nice and clean. The view was amazing. Perfect little getaway that didn't break the wallet! The tiki bar is a very nice amenity! We will stay again.

A perfect getaway!

It was a perfect place to get away to. Unit is lovely and the view on the 4th floor balcony is stunning. Shady and breezy for coffee. Warms up during the day and then after a perfect perch to watch the sunset, it cools down again to watch the stars. Unit has everything you need. I wish I could come back tomorrow.

Awesome time

Excellent room with a fantastic view of the golf. The sunsets were amazing even from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and close to everything we needed! We will stay here again

Great property and location

This place will only get better. We were there in a mix of upgrades occurring what I believe is a slower period. Our stay was mostly perfect. Well stocked and ready for fun. I have 2 complaints that can be easily reviewed. 1. the bed closest to the balcony is in poor shape (no support). 2. the shower would require some science major in the mysteries of controlling ever-changing water temps. This may be due to something bigger than a mixing valve but was either getting jetted with cold or boiling water. Please understand - these are just 2 things that we hope we could get recognized to make this experience better for others in the future.

Best view ever

This was our first time at this location. You are situated on 4th floor overlooking the Gulf , Your view is spectacular. We saw Dolphins, and Manatee.Lots of Beach walking and relaxing . Great spot. Will for sure return.

Location, location, location

This condo has an ocean front view and right on the beach. Our family enjoyed the beach, bar/food, and the pool. We could also get to the pass quickly!

Very happy

We stayed June 26-28 and will definitely be back!! Mattresses, pillows, and all bedding was high quality and very comfortable. Had trouble with figuring out the regular tv channels but watched Netflix and didn’t really care. Had iPad to check weather etc. Debra was absolutely amazing with being available with the couple small instances we had. I don’t recommend relying on the so called snack bar as it is basically a bar with an air fryer and pretty pricey. We did frequent the restaurant up the road called Foxys, which had awesome food,daily for breakfast and or lunch and had brought quick fix food. The fridge was ice cold. The pool was clean. Room was equipped with very good quality beach items and had plenty of towels. The sunsets were gorgeous from the balcony and noise wise we couldn’t even tell the construction was going on. If I had to add or change anything I would improve the bathroom lighting and add an assist bar in the shower as my balance isn’t what it used to be but that won’t stop me. So thank you Debra for a wonderful stay and as stated when I do another beach trip I’ll definitely be back! Happily , Penny and Amy.
