Welcome to this enjoyable condo on St. Simons Island on the Gorgia coast. Enjoy St. Simons Island in the heart of the pier/village area with easy access to nearby beaches and local restaurants and Neptune water park. Literally around the corner from restaurants, shops, the lighthouse, beach access and a sweet little park with a dog park, pickle ball, tennis court. On condo facility: Outdoor pool with outdoor grill. Two bicycles. Wi-Fi and smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Furnished kitchen including air fryer and other useful items. Personal gated parking space for 2 vehicles. Balcony. Here are some highlights to enjoy during your stay:
Beautiful Beaches: Unwind on the soft sands, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze. Historic District: Stroll through our quaint downtown, filled with boutiques, art galleries, and historic homes, Pier, and Neptune water park. Nature Preserves: Visit Fort Frederica National Monument to explore Georgia's colonial history and the island’s maritime forest. Outdoor Activities: Take advantage of fishing, boating, kayaking, and biking opportunities.

We have a one-time cleaning fee of $145 and if you have a pet an additional $75 fee for each pet.

Notify us immediately if something is broken or stained so we can take care of the issue. Replacement fees can be requested. Lock doors at checkout.

The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and drinking coffee. The location was perfect with downtown being just a short walk away.

Came up for a few days to relax and golf. Really enjoyed the stay. Place is very nice and clean. Place had everything we needed and more. Great location as well. Next time up we will try and stay here again.

Lovely property, would definitely return! We had a great stay at this property and would absolutely book it again. The place was excellent overall. The only issue we encountered was losing Wi-Fi for the last two days of our stay, which took some effort to try and get sorted out. Aside from that communication lag, it was a wonderful experience and we’d love to come back.

This condo was super clean and quiet. We did not hear any neighbor noise. It was conveniently located so we could walk to everything around the pier. Highly recommended

This was the first time we had rented a Condo using Expedia and we were a little nervous. There was no need here! The entire process was smooth and pain free! Payment went fine. Check in direction arrived in a timely manner. Getting in to the unit was simple and easy. Our stay was really enjoyable. Check out instructions arrived and was seamless. This was the second time we had stayed at this property, but the first time with this host in this unit. Security at the property is very good. This condo is beautiful. Very clean and nicely appointed; better than the pictures, in my opinion. There was plenty of room and comfortable bedding and furniture. If you are inclined to cook, which we were not, there is a fully stocked kitchen with just about everything you would need. This location is very close to the Pier Village and very walkable to restaurants, the pier, the lighthouse and the beach. Swimming in the ocean in January is not for the faint of heart, so we just enjoyed the long walks on the wide beach. So, to sum up... We had a great stay on St Simon's Island in a really nice condo with zero hassle, just as we had hoped.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely St. Simons Island condo! The host was excellent—communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout. The condo was spotless, spacious, and comfortably laid out for our family.The location is perfect: just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and the beach, with beautiful coastal vibes all around. Everything made our trip easy and enjoyable.We’d book here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

Host were amazing, as they gave extra help to relay detail information! They were extremely accomodating in every way! This condo far exceded our expectations. Couches and beds were very comfortable, with high quality linens. Balcony was relaxing and view was lovely. Kitchen well equipped and the beach needs were all there! chairs, towels, umbellas and great beach cruiser bikes. Have stayed for years in many properties on SSI, this topped them all. Location is wonderful , we walked everywhere! Parking and pool area perfect! Thankyou Clint and Traci
