Nestled just a short walk from the beach and a 1-minute drive from the breathtaking Jockey's Ridge State Park, you can also explore the nearby Nags Head Fishing Pier, just a 2-minute drive away. This property offers the perfect blend of coastal tranquility and adventure.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a electric range oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee pots and all the necessary cooking utensils. Relax in the cozy living room, or step outside to enjoy the screened porch or the fantastic, elevated views from the upper-level deck. Stay connected with the free WiFi and catch your favorite shows on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels.

Guests enjoy the convenience of walking to Brew thru, Ben Franklin novelty store and enjoy walking and bike riding through the neighborhood. Stayed here for 5 days and it was so comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and NOT cheap stuff, stuff you can actually cook with, couches are comfortable and all TV’s work (strange comment I know, but I travel for work and most of the time the TV’s don’t work properly.) bonus is this place is just steps away from the beach and very very quiet well kept neighborhood. I would definitely rent this place again..

Excellent vacation home within 3 min walk to the beach. Kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook any meal. Easter and dryer was convenient.

Wonderful property and location. It's an easy 3 block walk to the beach. The house was well appointed and there were many fun places and restaurants to visit close by.

Mom & Daughter get away vacation

The house was fabulous and walking distance to the beach as advertised. The property manager was excellent when we had a question about the TV. It was just what we were looking for!

The house was excellent and made our stay in the Outer Banks so comfortable! Very clean with a very well-stocked kitchen. All the beds were very comfortable and everyone appreciated the tv’s in the bedrooms. Easy and quick walk to beach access. Beach chairs, toys, and cooler were so helpful for our trips to the beach. We would love to return!

This property was lovely. Plenty of room for a family of five. Kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the keurig and regular coffee pot. The rooms were exactly as pictured. Living room had a couch, loveseat, reclining chair, and a comfy reading chair. The beds had soft and comfortable toppers on them. The air conditioning was perfect, and there are lots of ceiling fans to move the air. We loved the amenities under the house: porch swing, table & chairs, casual seating, great outdoor shower with changing area, and we loved the festive lighting. We also frequently ate or drank our coffee in the screened in porch. Plus, the location is perfect by being 2 blocks from the beach. We found Nags Head a great town for a family that wants to do activities: mini golf, go carting, jet skiing, bowling and movies (for the day it rained), and lots of other amenities.We had absolutely no issues with this house - it was the perfect fit for our family.

Home Away From Home

We had the best week! The cottage is really close and easily walkable to the beach access that can be seen from the cottage. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing and having a recliner after a long day was a big bonus. The multiple decks and outside seating areas were very nice to have. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The televisions and ceiling fans in all of the rooms were much appreciated. The outdoor shower and beach chairs were convenient and definitely a plus. We did have an issue with the washer but the owner was quick to respond and great at communicating what was going on. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed and a new one was delivered after we left but it was no one’s fault. The owner was very apologetic and even mailed a sweet card with a gift card for the inconvenience. I would stay here again in a heart beat and hope to visit again next year!!

The description of entry hasn’t been updated in quite some time. There is no longer a combo lock on the entry door, it’s on the laundry door, which is impossible to relock. You must carry the keys with you. There are cockroaches that surface every night. In a freestanding building, this is unacceptable. Kim’s response was to correct my identification, calling them “palmetto bugs”, quaint but cockroaches all the same. Dismissing my concern was not appropriate. Other cleanliness issues were minor in comparison.

Hi Michele, I am very sorry that you had trouble with the laundry room door lock, I was unaware there was a problem and will look into this right away. Guests receive access instructions in their welcome package and it gives the 4 digit front door keypad code as well as the code to the combo lockbox on the laundry room door which contains a set of keys. Unfortunately, palmetto bugs are common in coastal areas and upon your notification an exterminator was called to treat the very next day.

We loved our stay at this house! My wife and mother in law are clean-a-haulics and always spend the first hour in a rental cleaning and wiping things down, but they were stunned how clean this place was. It has so much character and is the perfect size for two couples! We would absolutely stay here again

Beautiful, clean home that was close to the beach, restaurants, and about anywhere you would want to go. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Check in and check out was straight forward and easy. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again in our next trip to outer banks!

This neighborhood is perfect for short strolls to the beach, biking to the park, farmers markets or ice cream shops. You can walk to restaurants, novelty stores and brew thru. The beaches are wide and uncrowded, with a lifeguard in season.

It is a family home that has been well kept and updated over the years. It's in wonderful condition, very comfortable and well equipped. In addition you can see the fireworks on the 4th of July from the upper level deck!
