This renovated, fully furnished beach cottage is in Kill Devil Hills. Quick and easy access to Albemarle Sound and OBX beaches, Wright Brothers Memorial and numerous restaurants & entertainment venues for the whole family. Two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed covered in amazing pillows and smooth, soft linens, one has a walkout to the rear deck with lower level access. Large Sony TV, free WiFi, Blu-ray player with APPs to log in to your favorite sites like Netflix/Amazon/Hulu, etc, cable and a large lounging couch that provides additional sleeping space. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, bake ware and dishwasher. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, washer and dryer for your convenience and four beach cruiser bicycles to enjoy the sunshine while you check out the island. There is a front deck with built in seating and a gas grill, perfect to catch the island cross breezes and relax. Everything is set up to make the most of your vacation time and get into island time mode!

Everything was just as advertised. Daniela was great with communication and easy to work with! A five minute drive to the beaches (if that) and almost all have free parking lots. A lot of great restaurants and coffee shops around to choose from as well. We would definitely recommend this property to couples and small families!

We were incredibly impressed and happy with this beautiful home! Daniela was a great host and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for families. The beach is a few minutes walk away, and is beautiful. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this home! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach, and the covered, off-street parking was an amenity we appreciated every day.The owners were incredibly communicative, provided great recommendations for things to do in the area, and even let us check in early since the house was ready, which was a great start to our vacation.One tip for future guests: be sure to bring your own bath towels, as they are not provided. While this was mentioned before leaving, it did catch us off guard. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we'd gladly stay again.

Siren Sound is a really nice house to stay in. It is clean and charming. It’s a short drive to the beach or sound side of the island. We really enjoyed the stay while we toured the islands.

The host was very effective at communicating with us. We had a minor issue with the TV/Apps and had to text the host. She got back to us quickly and we were able to divert a crisis with our 2-year old granddaughter.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having the washer and dryer as well as a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor shower was handy along with the beach chairs. Communication was perfect.

Great property only a short way to the beach

Awesome property, very well decorated. Hosts were great on communication throughout our stay. House worked perfectly for our two friends, my wife, and I.

Everything looked great .Quite area. Best to go to the end of street,hang a left onto first street and go to the light to get onto ,main road. Great time .

Amazing Time

This was a great place for me and my partner! The house was very clean and super comfortable. It is a nice location very close to the beach and sound. We had a pleasant experience overall so we would definitely recommend staying here!

2nd time returning guests!

This was the 2nd summer in a row we returned to this property. We loved it so much last year that we HAD to return! Perfect location, great owners, so many accomodations and amenities, beautiful beach house.. all for a great price! I highly recommend this property!

Family Beach Getaway

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The perfect place to relax, recharge and enjoy your vacation in one of the most comfortable cottages on the island. One of the owners grew up along the Gulf of Mexico and always found solace while taking in the fresh salt air. She spent much of her childhood running along the shoreline, hunting for shells and body surfing the crystal clear waves in FL. It was love at first site for this perfect cottage. The other owner spent most of his adult life sailing seas around the world. The owners and their family have created the perfect place for guests to enjoy all that the island has to offer.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This great cottage has easy access to OBX beaches and the Albemarle Sound. There is parking in the front for a boat or jet ski if you choose to bring one with you. There is free access to the sound with boat ramps. You can park underneath the house and there is plenty of space to pull up a chair and relax in the shade. Sunsets are gorgeous here and everything about Siren Sound will make you want to come back again and again!
