The space includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room and deluxe kitchen with an open floor-plan, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. Common to New Orleans center-halls, there is a large balcony under the canopy of a historic oak tree.

This recently renovated apartment has an expansive kitchen with state of the art appliances and refined finishes, large bathrooms with walk in-showers, full service laundry, and free off-street parking! The original hardwood floors, cypress doors, windows, and trims were all restored further adding to the New Orleans charm.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a code for the keypad lock prior to check-in.
You enter the front door at ground level, there is another door at the top of the stairs that leads you into the entryway of the apartment.
The entire home and private balcony is for your exclusive use.

Directly below you is our favorite full service florist and veteran bucket flower shop, Mitch's Flowers. Want fresh flowers in the Lyons Den when you arrive?! Give them a call to arrange!

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, all you need is a code. There’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
