Construction Notice: Intermittent nearby construction through August 2025, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays (no weekend work). Rates have already been discounted by 15% for any noise inconveniences.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

Adjacent Construction throughout 2025.

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
- Although this home is on the Boardwalk This Home is not considered Oceanfront as it is located in front of the Grass Field/park near Balboa Pier
- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay.
- Large parking garage is shared. You are provided (2) Designated Tandem Parking Spots (one vehicle in front of the other).
- The indoor Fireplace is inoperable and for decoration only. Do not attempt to light.
- We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the nearby fire pits on the beach provided by the city.
