The beach house was great. Our granddaughters loved it. It was a bit noisy with construction across the ally, and the neighbors had quite the party until early hours the next morning. Otherwise, good stay.

Newport Beach has a county ordinance for quiet hours between 10pm and 7am, and can be enforced by calling the non-emergency number of the local police department. Great place for a beautiful beach get away. Things we loved. You are on the sand. Place was clean. Couch was really comfy. Close to amazing restaurants and all kind of things to do. It's on the quieter side of Newport. Which we loved. Neighbors did have some parties but kept it pretty quiet after 10 because there is a noise ordinance. We had some other issues but management helped with that. We had a great summer family vacay there. Water is warmer in August just FYI. Really enjoyed the large patio for morning devotionals and meals!

We enjoyed the property and the location. It was beautiful. We ran into the owner and they were kind and gracious. Being on the beach was amazing and we appreciated the availability of beach items and a place to wash sand off. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The home was very clean and had everything we wanted. There were a few minor issues, we were able to call the management agency and they were out within an hour to address them and our stay was very enjoyable.

Excellent property and hosts had great communication. They made the check in and check out process extremely easy. House is right on the beach. Futher away from Newport Pier so nice and relaxing and not nearly as crowded. Excellent and large patio fit the whole family - 8 people. House had all the necessities in the kitchen, etc. My wife forgot her diamond necklace and they found it after we checked out and let us know. All in all a great weekend and I'd definitely recommend both the house and the hosts.

I don’t want to put a good review only because I wouldn’t want it to become too popular! lol we LOVED this little spot! Location was perfect all the way down to the water! We really want to bring our grand littles, they would never come in!! The beds could use a mattress topper NGL and a light dimmer option in the bedroom but listen that won’t stop us from renting again! The management team were on point and very attentive! Thank you!

Very nice place with a walk out patio that goes right to the ocean and close enough to Disneyland and Hollywood Studios without dealing with all the traffic. We had a few small issues and the support staff was all over everything immediately. Great service!

Relaxing Stay on the Beach

A wonderful place for a family vacation to relax and reconnect. Most of our time was spent at the beach very comfortable beds - we weren’t sure whether it was the day at the beach, relaxing or the beds that had a sleeping so well! Would highly recommend this property.

Mom’s Vacation

My mom is 82 and she felt this would be her last vacation and she wanted to be near the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay with this property management company’s properties again

Loved our week here

Loved our week here. More than enough room in this quaint little home for the four of us and right on a quiet beach. Management company was easy to work with and quick to respond and you can tell the home has been well maintained. Can't wait to return to Newport.

This was a great property. I slept like a baby in the Queen room, the bed was very comfortable and my daughters enjoyed the bunk beds. We live locally so we really just enjoyed the beach and patio for a couple of days.

Great spot in newport

This was our first time in Newport and we had a great time. The condo is in an awesome spot on the beach and the outdoor space is excellent. The management team was super responsive to our needs and took great care of us.
