The Space:
Please Note**: Building has some exterior resurfacing & construction that may cause some noise.
This is a great 3rd floor two bedroom condo with a super floor plan for families as you enter the unit the center is the living room and kitchen with patio overlooking pool, tennis courts and view of the ocean. Flanked to the left is the master bedroom with an en suite full bathroom. To the right of the living area is the 2 bedroom which as 2 queen beds.
Many recent updates as of Apr 2022
At this time, we have not yet fully renovated kitchen but rest is lots new and totally functionable for a great beach vacation!
The master bedroom has a king bed, there is a small sofa too that a child could sleep on (bring extra bedding). We do provide a queen sized airbed as well for the living room just in case though there is a sleeper sofa out there anyway
The living DOES HAVE a 70 inch flat screen to watch the game or fun cuddly movies with the kiddos after a long day at the beach. The eat in counter just begs for "breakfast taco bar" in the ams...speaking of which the kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep for your family. While it has granite, the appliances work perfect but are not new stainless. Did you say "who cares?" Exactly.
The 3rd does afford an ocean view and is great for morning coffee, reading, or just enjoying a glass of wine or margaritas after a long drive down.
This condo is located in the 5th tower of Saida, called the Royal Beach & Tennis Club. Formally all timeshares, there are now many individually owned units such as this unit 9038/39. We havent a clue what the 9 is for as it is truly a 3rd floor.
High speed Wifi works great as well as the new Roku tv. Sign into your netflix or amazon and you're good to go.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
The washer/dryer right in the condo is a rare find at the Saida/Royale complex & very handy for wet swimsuits.
Saida/Royale is directly on the beach with private beach access gate and an outdoor shower to clean off after the ocean. The property has 3 pools, 1 of which is heated plus 3 Texas sized outdoor hot tubs that are always hot.
The property has use of tennis courts, shuffle board, and a bar/grill that is open most weekends if you just dont feel like venturing out.
Why Saida is so fantastic is the location! On the South End of the Island as you cross the causeway which means less fighting traffic. The property is walkable to an easy 10 restaurants, including #1 on yelp and trip advisor Yummies, plus Kohnami Japanese & Sushi (not to be missed) Russo Italian, cheap, great pizza and also wine and gluten free selections plus Johnny Rockets. Gabriellas more upscale dinner Italian, Torpical Smoothie cafe for wraps, and "just nearly walkable" Pier 19 that is home to THE BEST Grilled or Blackened Snapper on the island as well as more than superb breakfast easy #2 on island after. Yummies.
Heads up - this condo is NOT brand new, completely redone. It doesn't have a "sweeping view of ocean nor bay"....but....as our family has, we CAN guarantee you memories that will last a lifetime in a very, very clean condo that will leave you in need of nothing.
Please be alerted to the fact that you need to read the house rules prior to booking, understand and agree to all. Politely ask questions now, not later prior to booking. Important.

You can buy them in cash from security OR if you wish to use a credit card, we can pre collect this money from you and get them on your behalf. Again, this is for anyone ages 10 years of age to 32 years of age. Thank you
