Located on the 7th floor of Building 4, this Orange Beach condo offers private balcony access from both the living area and the Primary bedroom. The balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy stunning views, unwind with a good book, or simply savor the peaceful surroundings.
The Primary bedroom features a King bed, a private bath, and direct access to the balcony, ensuring a serene and comfortable stay. The second bedroom is equipped with a cozy Queen bed, while the third guest room offers two Twin/Bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. An additional full hallway bathroom adds convenience for all.
This beautiful unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a stacked washer and dryer to keep your beachwear fresh. Seaside Beach and Racquet Club 4712 provides the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Book your stay today and experience an unforgettable beachfront vacation in Orange Beach. Building remediation is ongoing in December, January and February. Noise from work between 8AM-5PM Monday thru Friday. 2 cars maximum for parking. Parking Fee is $50 for each vehicle and goes directly to the condo association on site. Primary renter must be 25 years or older.
