This luxury community features immaculate lush gardens, an italian piazza, two pools and outdoor grills and dining. Fabulous views of the gulf with 365 foot of beach front available for your relaxation. Bella Vita is located at the highest point on the Gulf of Mexico in the United States. Bella Vita is a second home luxury condo community.

Bella Vita B102 is located on the first floor. Our condominium is spacious in design and features many special details, including 10-ft ceilings, granite countertops, porcelain tile floors, gourmet kitchens and elegant bathrooms. The gulf front tiled porches are the perfect location for enjoying the views and the fragrant gulf breezes. This gated community provides ground-floor covered parking, elevators, and a private fitness center for your convenience. Enjoy shops, dining and activities at nearby Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside.

The kitchen with granite counter tops and bar seating and dining to accommodate eleven. Kitchen has new ice machine, Dacor appliances and Sub Zero refrigerator.

All bedrooms have new flooring.

The luxurious master suite has a king bed and a private bath with double vanity sink and an oversized Roman jetted tub for two.

Fitness Center is the state-of-the-art and offers ellipticals, treadmills, free-weights and weight-training equipment.

Another wonderful stay at Bella Vita!

This is our family’s third consecutive year staying at Bella Vita and it never disappoints! Wonderful location, beautiful accommodations, easy beach access and much more. A great place to relax! The condo is always perfectly ready to host our family and the owners do a wonderful job of communicating any questions or needs. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great trip!

Fabulous Vacation

Well appointed condo in a wonderful location. Bella Vita is well cared for and beautiful. Beaches were not crowded, even though we were there at peak time. The condo had everything you needed for a great beach vacation. The owner/property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Beyond expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was such a pleasure. Jackie has thought of every detail that might make your stay more comfortable. I can not think of one thing I could improve. It was well worth every penny. We hope stay again soon!

Amazing

We love staying at Bella Vita. This was our first stay in this condo and it was amazing. This condo is super clean and has everything you could possibly need and more. We enjoyed being on the bottom floor and being able to just walk out to pool/beach from the porch. Owner is very nice to work with. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely loved this beautiful condo. Comfortable and great location. Nice pool and great area to grill and look at the ocean. What I loved most was it was not 3 rows deep in chairs on the beach. Really great. The grounds are beautiful and very well taken care of. The Fitness room is clean, well equipped, and a nice size.

Wonderful Rental

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this Bella Vita condo. It was the perfect mix of privacy, serenity and location. Easy beach access and beautiful ocean views. The property and unit were pristine and had every amenity you could need. Jackie was fantastic to communicate with and her place is gorgeous! Our family hopes to be back many more times!!

Beautiful place with great view!!!

Our family had a wonderful experience! Bella Vita is very centrally located. Being in the beach is perfect! I love all the shops and restaurants around the area. We can’t wait to come back!

This is really top notch

Best condo we have ever rented. Beautiful, spacious unit, excellent condition, very well equipped. Beautifully manicured grounds, two moderately sized pools. Easy access to beach (down wooden stairs as is typical for this area). Both the complex and our beach were uncrowded, especially for this time of year. Many units seem to be occupied by owners, not renters. None of us was ready to leave to come home.

Another Great Spring Break!!!

This was my families 4th time renting this unit. Awesome experience as always!! Jackie is wonderful to work with during the process and as well as during the stay. I would highly recommend booking this place any chance you get. Blue Mountain and Bella Vita are a hidden gem on 30A!!! Do not miss out. Worth every penny!!!

wonderful week!

We rented this beautiful condo for a week in June, 2016. The condo is absolutely perfect. The decor is so tasteful with a European feel which we loved. Pool and beach access was so easy. There are 2 pools and very few guests. Most of the units there are non-rental.We felt very fortunate to have found this little piece of Paradise! The kitchen is well equipped and so open to the rest of the condo. Cooking was actually fun because we were always part of the action. There is a beautiful outdoor grilling area which we loved using as well.Being on the ground floor made our stay so fun and easy. I highly recommend Bella Vita and B102 to anyone wanting to be away from all the very crowded beaches of 30A.

Peaceful luxurious setting along the Florida Coast, perfect to chill-out and recharge your batteries

Stayed a week in this WONDERFUL condo, well maintained, on ground floor with parking under unit accessible via elevator. Decorated very pristinely, with all the amenities and more, that you would ever need for your new home away from home. Away from the all the craziness of Destin which is just 35 minutes West. During our stay, both the Beach and Pools were not crowded at all, with all the guests very pleasant and helpful with suggestions. Rented bikes across street and rode to Seaside, just 5 miles East, to enjoy their shops and great food. Two blocks from front door is Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, best Ice Cream shop in Santa Rosa Beach. Drove 2 miles West to Goatfeathers Seafood Market, bought fish caught fresh that day and grilled them on deck at Bella Vita overlooking beach and pool. Lots of great restaurants nearby, really did not want to leave. Had plenty of space to accommodate 6 adults and 3 toddlers. They really enjoyed digging endlessly in sand, wading in the surf, and playing in the pool at our GREAT Beach House !! Highly recommend the owners, for a great peaceful vacation and sharing their small slice of heaven.

Awesome!!!

Absolutely beautiful condo in a great location. My family and I came down for the week and it was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone and decor was very nice. Beaches were great and pools were perfect. We definitely recommend Bella vita 102.

Absolutely beautiful!

just stayed at this lovely condo. Beautifully furnished, amazing kitchen and the location Is perfect. Very small gated complex, very quiet, but close to all the amenities. It seemed we had the place to ourselves. We loved it. Pools and beach were clean and uncrowded. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the near future. Highly recommend. Owners are very nice and quick to respond with any issues. Thank you for sharing your home. 😀

Beautiful Ocean Getaway

My family and I just spent a week in this beautiful beachside home and Loved every minute of our stay! This gated community is away from the craziness of Destin but still close enough to everything you could ever need. We hated to have to leave this peaceful place(: This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! You will not regret staying here.

Highly recommend!!! Beautiful!

Our family stayed here for a week and it was perfect! I could not ask for a better place! It's luxury at the beach. The condo is decorated beautifully and is easily accessible from the pool and beach. There are 2 pools, it's not crowded like rosemary and seaside, and is close to all the restaurants and good night life. We will definitely be staying here for our next beach trip!

Beautiful Bella Vita!!

I have stayed in this Bella Vita unit several times over the past few months-always an outstanding visit! The location is perfect- close to many great restaurants and shopping. There is a bike rental shop across the street- so riding bikes on the paved bike trails to Seaside makes for a fun day! The pool and beach are steps away from the door and the landscaping is just beautiful! It is really a beautiful place-the condo is exceptional and well furnished. The whole Bella Vita Complex is well maintained and lovely. The Piazza with the fountain and flowers is unusually well maintained as well.
