Wonderful stay! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and convenient location! My 5 daughters and I had an amazing trip. The condo is right on the beach with beach chair service. Perfect trip! Priceless!Thank you!!

Great location! Kitchen had a lot of good items. Could use a stiffer, griddle, and better cutting boards. Primary shower water pressure was great! AC works really good the condo was always cool! Patio is a good size and was a great spot to watch rain and thunder storms! Only partial beach view from this unit. Parking is tight going in the garage but there’s outside parking available.

Great place to stay!

Condo was super nice! Plenty of room for a girls trip! Love the location and will definitely be back again! Host was very helpful with questions beforehand and responded in timely manner.

This Blue Mountain Beach condo was a joy to stay in. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had no problems making any meals, which we loved eating on the spacious and comfy balcony. All rooms and bathrooms were clean. The private beach access was quick and easy to get to. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely loved our Santa Rosa Beach vacation!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Lupine! Very clean and comfortable condo with everything we needed. Lots of room for 7 people and 3 bathrooms was an added plus! Just a couple minute walk to the beach. Will definitely return and will recommend to friends and family!

Amazing location and property

The property and location and beach service was great. Agreed with others that couch and loveseat need replacing . Other than that terrific place to stay !!

Beach Vaca 2022

We have been coming to the Inn at Blue Mountain for many years and it never disappoints! Great location, clean environment, and just steps from the beach. Unit was recently renovated and had ample seating in kitchen and den.

Great stay at a new property to us!

We loved this property. The proximity to the beach was great, and even though we weren’t facing the beach we could still see it from the balcony. The couch is the most comfortable I have ever sat on and sucked us in for naps daily (please let me know where it was purchased from!! ) We would definitely rent this property again!

We loved it!

We had everything we needed, things you sometimes don't think to bring but were available in this unit as an extra convenience (seasonings, storage containers, etc). Our large family was comfortable here. We appreciate the welcome gift! We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

Loved everything about the condo, with the exception of slow wifi. Condo need some deep cleaning - was bad dust on fans and blinds, trash under beds … Donna is super sweet and great helpful. We enjoyed to stay!

Petra. So glad you and the kids enjoyed your stay! I’m so sorry about the dust. As mentioned we just had all the glass doors and windows upgraded and replaced so the dust must have settled. However I notified housekeeping to make sure these areas get special attention. Hope to see you again soon!

Memorable family vacation

We adored Blue Mountain Beach and 30A! It was our family’s first visit. The clan was perfect for our stay — clean, comfy furniture, great balcony and spacious! The beach access and pool were great for our little kids. The garage parking was also nice for kids. So much to do in town and neighboring beaches for both kids and adults. We also met some very friendly people at Blue Mountain Beach condo who even let us borrow some of their beach toys for the week for our kids. We hope to come back! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

Just left our week long stay at this unit and I have nothing but positive things to say! Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The air conditioner was having a hard time cooling the unit down the first day, but I messaged the owner and she had someone out there to fix it within an hour! I’ve stayed at other units in this building, but this one was by far one of the bests! Would definitely recommend!!

Review

The location and the property was good. The size was perfect. The actual condo was a little run down. They floor was coming up in the front hallway, there were burns on both couches. It would be a great place with a little maintenance.

Hi Rachel, we are glad you enjoyed Blue Mountain. We recently completed some renovations and our new sectional sofa just arrived! I dont think the sofa had burns as we do not allow smoking in our unit or building. I think the leather had a couple of tears. Please come back to visit soon.

Easy checking, nice property, very secure, lots of room for family …. Only drawback was going to beach before 6am to sign in for umbrella position. Had week long umbrella rental, but had to go down early to get near water. Private beach is small.

Blue Mountain Beach Condo

We had a fantastic time here! The unit was clean, we had one issue with the A/C and the owners took care of it quickly, they were easy to reach, the location was perfect, and the unit had plenty of room for everyone. Located right on the beach. The beach chair service company does take up the entire width of the beach area marked off for the condo. The only way to get a front row spot is to rent chairs. That was a little frustrating since we brought our own, but we managed and had a great time.

Family Fun!!

Our family of 4 adults and 3 children enjoyed Unit 304 very much! We have stayed in several units at Blue Lupine over the years & this is one of the best! The unit is next to the elevator, which is very convenient. The kids enjoyed the bunk room & slept well in there. The king bed in the master was very comfortable! We appreciated the pantry full of spices, cooking oils, aluminum foil, etc. & lots of plastic wear for taking sandwiches & other picnic lunches to the beach. We ate at several of the nearby restaurants, including Goatfeathers, Hurricanes, & our new favorite, Shunk Gulley. They serve the best fried crab claws in the land! The owner was so easy to work with. He was quick to answer any questions we had. We look forward to staying in Unit 304 again soon!!

July 4th Week 2024

We have stayed in the Rosemary Beach area for the last 12 years so this was our first time staying in the Blue Mountain Beach area and we will definitely be back!! Overall the stay was pretty good, the unit was clean and as described in the listing. A set of beach chairs were included in the rental but we purchased an additional set and let me tell you that was the easiest, least stressful experience with chairs we have ever had. We have had some horrible experiences with reserving chairs at other places. There were plenty of good restaurants close by, my favorite was probably Shunk Gully. Only three negatives in my opinion but wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again is WiFi, not very strong connection. Gym, I like to get my workout in early and the doors won’t unlock until 7:30cst. I’m usually finished by then. Luggage carts, I would definitely invest in more luggage carts.

This property was in a great location, although much busier than in years past. While a bit dated, it was very spacious with a great patio and conveniently located to the ocean and pool. The pool is quite small relative to the complex size (but the grandkids enjoyed just as well)! I would recommend a new cleaning service (toilets not clean, sand on the dining table, clothing left from previous guest, hand towel on the floor at the head of master bed). Otherwise, we had a great time !

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and the owners were very quick to respond with any questions or needs we had. The private beach was not crowded and the owners paid for our beach chairs for the week! We will definitely come back! Overall, I give this rental a 10 out of 10!
