Property was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect-literally across the street to Notre Dame Cathedral and very close to excellent cafes and shopping. Praxis was amazing and Keimo was a great host. He welcomed us at the property, helped us with our luggage, and shared information about the area. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Keimo for helping to make our Paris adventure a memorable one!

Great location, one block away from the Seine. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Host was very accommodating and informative with things to do in the area. Metro is close a few streets over. There was an extreme heat wave when we were there in July, so the 4 flights of stairs to get up to the apartment were not for the faint of heart but the air conditioning in the unit made it very worth it! Not many places have air and a beautiful balcony view so we were very happy with our stay!

Location, location, location! Close to restaurants, sites, metro and RER stations. And yet, quiet space. Balcony is delightful.

Great location and nice apartment. Renters need to know there is no lift in the building and the unit is 4 flights up. This is noted in the rental listing, but would be easy to miss.The apartment's air-conditioning works well and was a must during our stay with 100 degree Paris temps.

Hi, thanks for your comment, there is indeed no elevator in the building as mentioned on the listing and in some other comments. It's an old building with a lot of character, the floors aren't very high, but it's still at the 4th floor. If there is anything we can improve in our service that you reviewed, please let me know! (cf the "good" review / we are aiming excellence and trying to provide as much as we can, the best possible experience for our guests.)

The host was so nice from before our arrival. I didn’t follow his directions to the apartment but he found us and got us all settled in. He was quick to respond to all of our inquiries and was genuinely kind.

This quaint apartment was perfect for my wife and I…. Cafes close by…. 2 minute walk to Notre Dame…. Grocery around the corner….. cold A/C…. Awesome!The host was easy to communicate with and responsive.We will book again on our next visit to Paris. Merci!!

Great Host, apartment and location. Keimo was super responsive. Met us on day one and showed us how everything worked, made restaurant recommendations and was very responsive the couple of times we text with questions. We’ve done a lot of B&B’s for the last 40 years and Keimo has been one of the best hosts we have met. We had friends with us at another B&B and they were very envious of the size and location of the apartment. The 70 steps up could be a little challenging after a day of walking for this 70 plus couple, but having the balcony to sit on was well worthwhile. Thanks Keimo

One of the best places I've ever stayed at! I can't say enough good things about the apartment and the host, Keimo. From the moment I made the reservation, Keimo made sure that everything ran smoothly. He met me at the apartment for check-in, helped to carry my luggage, and was always available to answer any questions I had. He truly cares about his guests. The location of the apartment is perfect, just next to the Seine on the left bank near a metro station and many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The apartment was spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning especially was appreciated since I was there during a record heat wave. There are large windows throughout the apartment that let in a lot of light and offer very nice views, and of course the balcony was lovely to sit out on. I really enjoyed my 2-weeks here, and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you, Keimo!

Amazing apartment. Walking distance of almost every you want to see in Paris. The owner greeted us at the apartment to check us in and personally show us around. Easiest check in ever . Will stay there again . Fantastic balcony.

Keimo was fabulous. He started texting us a few days upon arrival with details on the property. I’ve stayed in many vrbos all over the world and this is one of the best. Location was a 2 min walk to notre dame. Love everything about this place.

Charming apartment in an ideal location! The apartment is air conditioned, super clean, and well laid out. The host is kind, responsive, and accommodating. Location is absolutely ideal for visiting, walkable to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, the Maret and so much more. Bed is comfy too! Highly recommended!

Perfect stay! The apartment is exactly as advertised and spotless. The host asks that you remove your shoes and provides slippers so you know he cares about the property. It’s a bustling neighborhood and we made good use of the terrace as we listened to the bells of Notre Dame. The host communicated quickly. We would stay again!!

Very comfortable and clean apartment in a great location! Owner quickly responded to messages. Easy walk to Notre Dame, and in close proximity to the Metro stations. Restaurants are all within walking distance. Balcony was really nice to enjoy a glass a wine after a long day of site seeing. Highly recommend this apartment in Paris!

The place was absolutely the perfect spot for my trip to Paris with my mom. He was beyond helpful, to the point where he reached out a couple days before our arrival, with information on different travel options to take from the airport to the apartment. When we arrived he was there to greet us, and show us around the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, well kept and was the perfect place to call home for the week. The location of his apartment was amazing, just steps away from groceries, restaurants and cafes, as well as the amazing Notre Dame. Highly recommend his place for any couple or single traveler.

This property was perfect! Great for a couple, wonderful location, peaceful but near lots of activity. The host could not have better or easier to work with. I've already recommended it to friends and we will return.

The property itself was exactly as advertised! Clean, excellent location (close to the action but quiet itself), large terrace. The host was extremely communicative and made the check in process seamless. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect apartment for a recent 4 night stay with my two kids; we absolutely loved it. Clean, bright, comfortable, and big enough for the 3 of us (two in the bedroom and one on the convertible couch). The location could not have been better: steps from Notre Dame and metro stations, but still quiet at night. The host met us at check-in to show us around the place, and he was responsive and helpful when I messaged him with questions. The balcony and AC were great, as were the additional conveniences (clothes washer, drying rack, dishwasher, detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Stay in Paris

The place worked perfect for us. Very nice unit with everything we needed for our stay. The host was over-the- top helpful. Great location to all kinds of restaurants and cafes. Very easy to access the transit system and lots of sights within walking distance. We will for sure stay here the next time we are in Paris. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Lovely

Keimo was a great host. He met us at the apartment, made sure we were set up and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The place was clean and exactly as in the photos. The stairs are a bit tricky with luggage but nothing we couldn’t handle. Overall a great stay in a great location.
