The house is beautiful and immaculate! It is so close to the beach. The pool was a great way to relax and unwind after the beach. The kids could fish right off the back deck. Tiki bar and outdoor area was wonderful to have dinner outside. It was truly a great vacation spot.

We had a perfect 7 night stay in July. The house is amazing and so well kept. The location is great, house is well stocked, communication with Dean was easy, quick, and helpful. We had ages 7-83 with us and the golf cart made trips to the beach so simple. Even without the golf cart, it was a quick 7 minute walk to the beach. The pool was also a big hit! We were sad to leave, and hope to be back in the future!

Absolutely perfect week at Ocean Isle Beach. House was exactly as expected and was perfect for my family of six. The dock was a huge hit for fishing and the private pool was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. My unexpected favorite was the outdoor bar with TV for evenings. Excellent communication with the owner. We are already looking to book our next trip!

We had a great stay! Dean is a great host and quickly handled any issues. The house was great for our family. Spacious den area for fellowship, pool and bar downstairs for relaxing and a dock for the fishing boat. The house is very clean as well.

We had a great time staying at Blue Tide! The home was very clean and accommodating. We cook almost all of our meals while on vacation and the house was very well equipped! The grill was great as well which is a big thing for me..The host was VERY easy to contact and very accommodating as well! Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking!

Excellent location and the host Dean was amazing! Very responsive and accommodated us the entire time! Perfect spot to fish off the back dock and golf cart to the pier and shops. Walking distance to beach too. Beautiful home and great to spend time with the family. We will definitely be back. Thanks Dean!

We had an amazing time the host was top notch! The house was a perfect location for everything especially taking our boat out for fishing . Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

The home was fantastic! The gated porches were great for our younger guests. Check in & out instructions were clear & not lengthy. The view was fantastic & the golf cart made going to the beach a breeze. We will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay over our spring break, and the host Dean was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The golf cart made getting around easy and it was nice that there were 2 bikes to use as well. You can rent additional bikes on the island which we did, and the kids had a great time exploring and everyone felt safe. The home is well equipped and the tiki/outside bar with TV is great, along with the grill, firepit, and pool. The canal is perfect for fishing and great if you have a boat. We will definitely stay here again and thanks Dean for being great at communication. Honestly, he would respond with minutes of any request or question we had.

Beautiful beach home! Perfect for my family. We enjoyed the pool, when we had had enough of the beach. Sitting out on the deck at night playing games with an amazing view. Our host was top notch! Plan on staying there again next year.

This property is amazing! When we walked in the door, the first thing I noticed was how bright and clean everything was. Then we walked out to the back deck, there was comfortable seating on both levels. Plenty of tables to eat outside and an outside bar area (my husband’s favorite spot to watch football). The location is great. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall it was one of the best vrbo’s we have stayed at. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

Check in was a breeze! Owner friendly with fast response. Clean and roomy with updated everything! The downstairs room was very nice as a place to cool down and the bathroom being very convenient for pool days. Beds were very comfortable and the third bathroom downstairs is full and made it easy for many people to shower. Small pool was amazing for cooling down and for our 1 year old grandson to play in. The downstairs bar area was nice to sit at and watch tv/listen to music. Beach chairs were nice and golf cart was perfect for our family size. The dock was perfect to park our boat or fish. Fenced in area made it easier to have young children. Plenty of room to park our trailer and cars. Bicycles to ride were nice! Nice grassy area and lounge chairs. Close to everything walking distance. Road goes straight to beach access. Fridge downstairs at bar was very nice. Only thing we had a hard time with was the washer/dryer combo. It is small for our family and had to wash small loads often and had a hard time getting them to dry. It did cause some issues when trying to take showers as they provide linens but only one set per person so you may want to order more or bring your own. One shower kept getting stopped up but we found you just have to lift up the tile slat and clean the filter. Pool had sand in it but it is the beach so what do you expect! We don’t like cameras but they have them in the front and back which we understand why! Overall we will stay again!!
