Located on a secluded 3.5-acre wooded lot, this 3BR / 3.5BA Chapel Hill retreat is a peaceful, family-friendly escape thoughtfully managed by me and my team at The Brighthouse, local hospitality experts known for warm, elevated guest experiences. With a well-stocked kitchen, formal dining area, vaulted living room with fireplace, and private home theater, there’s space to spread out and connect. Each bedroom features an ensuite bath and blackout curtains for restful nights, while the large deck with a firepit invites stargazing and storytelling. Just 10 minutes from Carrboro and UNC, this home is ideal for family getaways, college visits, or relaxing nature-filled weekends.

- Third Bedroom (Upstairs): Twin-over-queen bunk bed, ensuite bath, fan, blackout curtains
- Half Bath (Main Floor): Convenient access for shared living spaces
- Living Areas: Formal dining room (seats 6), spacious sitting room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast bar
- Basement (Optional Add-on): Separate guest suite with kitchenette and bathroom (available upon request)

DOWNSTAIRS GUEST SUITE
We have a separate guest suite downstairs. This unit has its own separate entrance and parking in the back. No spaces are shared except for the optional basement laundry room. Locked doors on both sides of the laundry room. Inquire if you prefer to book both spaces!
✨ Pets
Pets allowed with pet fee and agreement to pet policy. All pets must be registered. Failure to register your pet will result in a $250 unauthorized pet fee. We charge $75 per pet.
✨ Cancellations
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.
✨ Renter's Agreement
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.
✨ Deposit
We require a $500 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
✨ House Rules
-No smoking, absolutely no parties. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors will not be tolerated.
-Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
