We had high hopes for this condo, but unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming due to several maintenance and amenity issues.Cons:•The listing said it came with two parking passes, but we only received one (and had to pay 50 for it).•The refrigerator water line didn’t work, and the drawers inside were broken.•Kitchen had no sharp knives, no pizza cutter, and some drawers were falling apart.•Blankets were thin and not very comfortable.•Patio furniture was dirty and needed cleaning.•The sheets on the pull-out couch were dirty when we arrived.•Elevators were a nightmare — only two for the entire building, and we waited 20–30 minutes multiple times just to get up or down.Pros:•The owner, Dan, was very responsive and helpful. He even took the time to call me personally when I had a question.Overall, while we appreciated the owner’s attentiveness, the condition of the condo and building left a lot to be desired. With some attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this place could be much better.
