There is one free driveway parking space always dedicated for this home on the left side of the driveway. More instructions will be provided.
Please note there is a fully fenced off ADU unit at this property, it does not have any shared spaces or amenities besides the right side of the driveway and is completely separate and private.

No house parties.
No illegal activities, drugs or prostitution.
Please do not flush anything down the toilets that does not belong.
No smoking within 15 feet of any doorway.
Please clean up any smoking debris outside, $100 fine for debris that needs to be cleaned.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am
Please be respectful of our neighbors so they can reciprocate.
Please report all damages or bedding/towels ruined during your stay.
Also report any damages you notice even if you did not cause them.
