After renting ourselves for over 20 years we know what most renters want:
(Note: If you need to sleep more than 14, we have a sister cottage for rent nearby)
1) Lots of BEDROOMS, we have 5 bedrooms and sleep 14
--- 1 King, 5 Queens (one is a pull-out sleeper sofa), 4 Twins (2 bunk beds)
2) We have 2 full bathrooms
3) Lots of PARKING (not the standard 2 spots), we can park 10
4) NO flights of stairs to climb constantly and carry luggage up & down
5) A beautiful beach that you can gradually walk into the water from.
6) A dock that is big enough to seat everyone and doesn't shake every time someone walks on it
7) 7 miles from Hammondsport, 13 miles from Penn Yan
8) Mini-split air-conditioners in living area and all bedrooms, portable fans in all rooms
9) Year-round use, gas fireplace & Mini-split heat in all rooms.
10) We have a fire pit and provide firewood
11) We also have a gas fire pit

This is the third time my friends and I have stayed at this property, for girls trip reunions. The owners are always so kind, the property is clean, and it is large enough to accommodate all of us (bedrooms, parking space, dining as a group). We are already looking forward to coming back for a fourth visit.

Great house for our ladies wine weekend!
Had a great time and we really enjoyed the house and view of the lake! Owners were very accommodating and helpful! We’ll definitely be back and recommend to others.

Another wonderful vaca.
Once again, a great week at the Grapes' place. Good outdoor space, a comfortable and well stocked house. We love it there!

Great spot
Middle of Keuka Lake House is perfect for a fishing trip or a family stay. Very comfortable.

Location is fantastic for a family get together. The house was clean and the amenities created a homelike atmosphere. Lots of activites available for adults and kids. Loved the easy access to the lake and all the fun it provided everyone. Wineries and a distillery within walking distance was a plus. We had a great time.

Great stay
We had a large group of friends and family. The space was perfect, plenty of chairs and dishes for large groups. They have thought of everything.

Great House and Location
We stayed here for my friends bachelorette party and everything was perfect! The house came with everything we needed and accommodated our large group with ease! The location is convenient and close to many restaurants and wineries. The hosts were super friendly and greeted us when we arrived.

Family vacation
Great property! Would definitely go back, the owners have thought of everything There was nothing we needed that they didn’t provide! Great location and we had such a great time! Rick and Peg were the best!

We LOVE Keuka more than any lake we have ever been to because of the crystal clear weed free water, the beautiful views, the multiple restaurants on the lake and 7 miles from the quaint village of Hammondsport. After renting at Keuka for over 20 years we finally took the plunge and purchased our slice of Keuka Paradise.

Our cottage is on the coveted East side in the cozy private community called Crystal beach. After renting various cottages for over 20 years which each had between 15 & 60 steps from parking to the lake. We are now located on a level lot with no steps from the parking lot to the beach unless you go through the house and have 2 steps on one side and 5 on the other.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
With 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and the ability to sleep 14 people it has plenty of room for one large family or even 2 or 3 smaller family's. We have rented 1 bathroom cottages and need I say 2 bathrooms are a MUST have. We have also rented places with only 2 parking spots and now we have more than ample parking. Also some cottages had room for us to sleep but not enough room for us to sit in a living area together. Our family room / dining room area can seat 14. We are a year round cottage with both a gas fireplace and individual room electric heat along with air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms.
