Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed the generous space with three bedrooms a block away from the beach at an affordable price during Labor day. The pool was a pleasant surprise as was the community.

Starboard by the Sea

Great location- short walk to beach. Condo was clean with well equipped kitchen. Nice view of lake with turtles.

Great location & rental

Everything was as advertised and owner was excellent with communication. We stayed at this property in 2019 and again in 2023 and the owner has invested in some updates and improvements. Great location, quiet, good amenities for the price.

Great location and great condo!

We love Ocean Isle! And with this condo you get the best of the beach, inter-coastal and pools all within a very short walk. My son even had a great time exploring the ponds on the property. The condo itself was very well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at Ocean Isle! This is our second time staying at OIB, and now our forever family vacation spot. The condo had everything we needed, and we loved the updated floors throughout the condo. One nice added bonus was that every room had hooks for towels, we are a family of 6 and almost everywhere we travel we never have enough hooks for towels, so that was nice that everyone had a spot. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

great location

multiple pools made it easy to move to less crowded easy walk to the beach with provided sturdy wagon and a couple good chairs. No fake scented plug-ins or perfumed laundry soap was perfect for sensitive noses and allergic family member.

Clean functional condo on the intracoastal waterway minutes from the beach.

We love this neighborhood in OIB. Have tried others but keep coming back to this area. Steps to beautiful sunsets on Intracoastal Waterway and short walk to beach. Condo clean, functional and great homebase during stay. Owner excelent communicator.

Great Weekend Trip!

We loved this property. We have always loved Ocean Isle Beach. Amelia was so easy to contact and gave us tips and restaurants that were their favorite and they did not disappoint. The condo was beautiful and spacious and we enjoyed it very much! The views from the condo were beautiful. We have a 2 month old and a 2 year old which entails a lot of luggage to the beach, the short walk was wonderful and our kids did great!

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property in Ocean Isle. This was our first trip to the area. The owner was very kind and easy to work with. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The beach was a 5 minute walk and there were no issues finding a spot with plenty of real estate for relaxing. One of the pools was within steps to the property which was extra convenient. There was also plenty to do in the area and fantastic restaurants. We look forward to returning next year!

Great condo, close to the beach, owner is so easy to work with!

We love coming to OIB. This condo is a short walk to the beach, has three pools and a tennis court that is close by, and has all of the basic necessities you need. It was perfect for our family. The owner was helpful and responsive and provided great information, especially if you have never been to OIB before. If you love the beach, want to just relax on the porch a enjoy the view or watching the turtles, or play games as a family, this place is a great option! Miss OIB already and looking forward to heading back again next year!

Relaxing beach stay

Had a wonderful time! Property had plenty of space as well as separation from the other units, so you don’t feel like your on top of each other. Pleasant host with quick responses and very helpful!

Great Condo, Great parking, Great view and a short walk to the beach. Perfect first OIB vacation. No problem for us but lots of steps to the front door.

Great carefree vacation

Only one block from the beach and a pool right beside, this location was excellent. Property had everything you’d need to bring the comfort of home to your vacation. We’ll be planning our next trip soon.

A Great Time!

We had a great time on our vacation at Amelia's property. The condo was exactly as advertised... linens, beach towels, and beach accessories. We were able to grill nearby and met the nice neighbors and their dogs in the next building. The neighbors in our building were also friendly and low-key. The walk to the beach was quick and made easier by the beach wagon that was provided. We tried a couple of the local restaurants Amelia recommended and had good meals. In fact, my husbad stated the italian restaurant had the best lasagna he'd eaten in a very long time! Our time at Amelia's Ocean Isle Beach condo was a terrific family vacation, and we'd enjoy coming again. Thanks, Amelia!

From the start, owner was responsive to questions and very accommodating. Location was fantastic, short walk to beach and even walkable to local restaurants if you want. Condo was just as pictured, clean and had all the necessities of home. We had a great stay.
