Enjoy your vacation in a conveniently located Canal Home. In the heart of town center, Short walk to enjoy the restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, and the park! Summer entertainment activities, movies and concert series, hosted at the park, are only a couple of minutes away from the home. Approximately a 8-10 minute short walk to the beach! Swim, kayak, fish, or throw our crab trap right from the private dock!!! Yard games that the whole family will enjoy. Deep water at the dock all year long is perfect for bringing your boat to enjoy with close and easy access to the ICW. This home is fresh, clean and appealing. The perfect place for families!

Cute house and perfect location on the canal!

Prime location to take the little ones to the park and the ice cream shop! Perfect if you’re taking the boat down. Easy access to the restaurants on the inter coastal waterway! This is our second time staying at this home and will not be our last! The owners are so sweet and in great communication with you during the process.

Fishing Outing

Very clean property in great location on natural canal with a great view. My king bed was very comfortable. I fished on Ocean Isle Pier, which was only a few blocks away. When I contacted my host, MaryAnn, with questions; she was very polite and responded very quickly. I would highly recommend here.

Wonderful!!!

Everthing was wonderful, exactly as described. The only thing I had an issue with were the linens are available provided at a fee. That was my error though as i was so excited that I did not read everything carefully. However, the small fee was well worth it. Host was wonderful and very diligent about keeping in touch. Very quick to respond to text and questions. Will definately be a repeat visitor... A+

Beach AND Intracoastal!

We loved being on the intracoastal waterway, and being able to walk to the beach! There was a great spot with hammock and chairs where we could sit and watch the boats go by, and was cool on even the hottest of days. Would definitely go back!

Nice place, Nice owners

Had a great time catching crab and fish with the family. We walked to the beach one day and sampled some ice cream, but mostly we enjoyed the relaxing canal and activities on the property.

Absolutely wonderful!

This house is amazing! Thee we location was walking distance to the shops, pier, putt putt, and the museum. We had the beast time! The owners are excellent about communicating. We will be back!

Peaceful Getaway

We’ve been coming to Ocean Isle for many years, but always stayed in a large condo complex on the other end of the island. We wanted something different & we were not disappointed! I think we will be converts now. Staying on the canal is so quiet & much more private. We were close to everything & the house had plenty of space for us & our adult kids. Loved using the crab pot! We caught some keepers & they were FANTASTIC! We will be back!

Great spot

This property has everything you need! The house was clean and looked just like the listing. It comes with several games, beach toys/chairs and lots of extras. Perfect spot for a vacation with our good friends and their kiddos. Host was great with any questions we had. Would highly recommend and plan to visit again soon!

Great property

We had horrible weather over the Memorial Day weekend but the property saved the weekend by giving us plenty of room to spread out and we were close enough to restaurants to not have to go too far in the rain. Definitely hope to come back sometime and enjoy the property and OIB with better weather!

A great stay at ocean isle beach

We drove from MA to NC and stayed at this property for a long weekend for a family wedding. Unfortunately hurricane Ian crashed the party but the wedding fell on the day after it passed and was beautiful. The house was clean, spacious, well supplied and the owner had excellent communication with us to make sure we were ok while the hurricane had us stuck inside. Neighbors were super friendly too. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit this property again! Thanks so much!

Wonderful stay

Relaxing vacation in a quiet neighborhood. Property was beautiful and the house had everything we could need. We were able to ride our golf cart to the beach, activities, and restaurants as they were all nearby. A perfect vacation!

Perfect family getaway

We loved being able to dock our boat, easy access to everything in Ocean Isle. We had our children and grandkids the house had plenty of room for all of us with a at home feel.

Great location, other improvements needed

The canal location of this property was wonderful, loved taking our boat out daily. While we did enjoy our stay and appreciated easy communication with the owner…there were some negatives that we cannot overlook and will not be returning. Whoever the cleaning company is, they need to be replaced. Under the couches, (while looking for lost toys) must have not been cleaned in years. We could not turn any ceiling fans on, they had about 3 inches of dust covering each blade. The kitchen was beyond cluttered and left little to no space for our belongings needed for a week stay. The deck on the property was a complete safety hazard, splinters with every step, and loose deck pieces made it so we had to keep the children off of it completely. Again, I am hopeful these are not issues purposely overlooked by the owner and maybe a cleaning or property management issue. About a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We try not to have too high of standards, we come for the beach and water, not the house, but this one really needs improvement.

Family 2022

This property was awesome not to far from the beach but a golf cart is handy if you have small ones or older adults, although there is a wagon in the laundry room; also there is free parking as close as a block down. The point is great for fishing wish we had found it earlier we did do our family pictures on the point which made a great background. It was nice having kids books and booster seat; kitchen was well stocked, there is all types of beach needs in the laundry room chairs beach toys etc. The paddle boat was having issues with paddling and one of the crab pots had a hole in it but the other was useable. The only thing we had any issues with was making sure all linens were put up by check out at 11. We were a family group of 4 individual families with 3 families leaving a day early. We started laundry by 630 in the morning and had all that could be done (sheets for 3 fuller size beds, 1 bunk bed and two twin blankets) by 1030; had we needed to do another load (sheets for another full bed and twin bed) dry and put up we would not have been finished by 11 and I had washed towels and wash cloths the night before. So you may want to take at least some of your own linens so you are not rushed or getting up extremely early for check out time. Overall a wonderful delightful vacation
