You'll be just minutes from Purgatory Resort and close to outdoor activities year round. Winter: skiing, snowboarding, sleigh rides, cross country skiing. Spring, Summer, Fall: biking, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, rafting, jeep tours, horseback rides... and more!

BED AND BATH CONFIGURATION
-Primary Suite: Main floor suite with King bed. En-suite bathroom with two vanities and stand alone shower that features a steam option.
-Second Bedroom: 2nd floor bedroom with Queen bed
-Third Bedroom: 2nd floor bedroom with Queen bed
-Secondary Bathroom: 2nd floor bathroom with soaking tub and shower
-Loft: Two single beds in the upstairs Family Room.

INTERIOR
A feast for the senses, this unique home gives a distinctly old world feel. Massive log beams, a great stone Gas fireplace, artisanal floor tiles, rich colors, soaring ceilings, and gracious windows framing your picture-perfect views from every room. Open floor plan keeps the home light and spacious. Plenty of windows in every room let in natural light and the fantastic views!

An oversized knotted wood dining table pairs well with a cozy dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, coffee, and tea. Microwave, 4 burner gas stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, Drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, slow cooker, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils and more. Full Spice drawer along with enough coffee to get you going for the week. New reverse osmosis water filtration system installed providing a limitless amount of filtered drinking water.

For entertainment, there is TV with Wi-Fi streaming, in the great room and upstairs family room. Games are provided for lazy days.

5G internet ensures lightning fast speed, great for remote work.

EXTERIOR
Front patio decking provides a stunning view of Hermosa Cliffs. Outdoor dining table, propane BBQ, and firepits are provided to enjoy the great outdoors. Gaze at the quivering aspens at 8,800 ft elevation. The night sky, filled with endless stars, is breathtakingly beautiful.

Other things to note
4WD/AWD required in winter with snow tires (Thanksgiving through late March). Roads are regularly plowed and in good condition but can be steep in some areas.

All the space is accessible to the guests except the office closet and bedroom master closet.
