Welcome to Prominence Paradise—a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome in the heart of 30A! Perfectly located next to The Big Chill, this stylish escape features resort-style pools, 4 bikes, a gourmet kitchen, and a spacious covered porch. Enjoy local dining, trails, and beach days via the seasonal shuttle or nearby access points. Sleeps 6 and is ideal for couples, small families, or a friends' trip!

☼ Access to 2 resort-style pools (one heated seasonally)
☼ Community grilling + picnic areas
☼ Access to scenic bike and hiking trails

30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay:

☼ Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

☼ Laundry detergent
☼ Dishwasher pods
If you’re staying for a while or run out, we’re happy to help you locate the closest grocery or convenience store.
☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
For your safety, we have exterior cameras that record audio and video only when motion is detected.
