This place was exactly as described and I think it was great for the value. Right in the middle of greener side of Rosemary, only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Great location in Rosemary. It’s a quick walk to the beach, pool, and downtown. I appreciated the amenities of having a washer/dryer and beach chairs for use. The only thing lagging was the internet speed, we were unable to stream a movie or show at night.

Great location. 5-10 minute walk to Barrett Square, even quicker by bike. Highly recommend renting the bikes. Carriage house was small, but all we needed for a long weekend stay. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Carriage House. It had all we needed, felt private yet close to the beach and the town area. We will be back for sure!

The location was amazing. The VRBO is great if you have a small family. We bikes everywhere and had a great time. However, there was still sand on the floor when we got there which is on the cleaning company and there seems to be an ant problem on the kitchen counters. Also, we drove a truck and the driveway really isn’t big enough to accommodate it in the parking we were told to use.

Great property in Rosemary Beach

My wife and I stayed here for three nights with our almost two-year-old daughter - this property was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both going to the beach and walking to the shops and dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was the perfect little space for a week! Super close to the beach, easy access to pools, bikes delivered for us, clean, quiet, and super nice neighbors.

Get-Away Weekend

This Carriage House property was perfect. We have stayed in quite a few in Rosemary Beach and this one was the nicest. Great location and clean modern finishes. It was a very seamless process with beach rentals, bikes, etc which made our get-away very enjoyable. Definitely would recommend this property.

Small and nicely decorated! Easy walk to the beach, pool and town center. We were very comfortable! 30A Properties who managed this property, went over and above to help us enjoy our stay. Only suggestion would be to provide more space to hang and store clothing and suitcases.

Loved it !

Perfect location!! We love a walkable vacation and this was perfect. Close to beach, pool, and shops and restaurants. We parked the rental car and never got in again until we left. Very clean and pictures exactly what we got. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

Beautiful cottage. Had a great time, house was very clean and had just about everything we needed. We did not rent a car, rather, we did bikes all week… so much fun!! They could use an update on beach chairs and add an umbrella…. we bought one and left it. Would definitely rent this home again!

Our Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

My husband and I came to Rosemary Beach for our honeymoon, and this carriage house was the perfect place for our stay! There was just enough room for both of us and the host provided everything we needed to be comfortable. It only took us about 2 minutes to walk down to the beach which was perfect since that is what we spent most of our days doing! We also rented the bikes from the house to make going down to the Rosemary square fun and super quick! We would definitely come back here to stay again.

Summer get away

Rosemary Beach was a recommendation to us from a friend. We were looking for a place that had easy beach access, and was a bike friendly town. This was exactly what we wanted. We parked our car for the week & were able to bike for groceries, and entertainment. There were a variety of dinner options in walking distance. Bike and beach umbrella rentals were so convenient. We will definitely visit again.

My husband and I spent ; nights in this cozy carriage house (condo). It was easy to find and was in a great location. On a quiet street with no traffic. Going up and down the outside stairs were easy and we are in our upper 70’s. The inside was decorated in lively neutral colors. It was clean and had everything we needed. We did not cook any meals but it seemed to have the items needed if the guest wanted to prepare a simple meal.We walked everywhere. The card to get through gates to beach only worked for the two gates on either end. It did not work for the pool nearest the condo. We weren’t planning on swimming but just wanted to take a look.We loved having a balcony and sat out there a while each day. Overall, we would recommend this condo to others.

Our host was outstanding and very helpful . The carriage house was located in a great spot within the Rosemary Beach community. Convenient parking and easy access to the beach, pools and downtown. We loved the area and especially the convenient access to the beautiful beach! The carriage house itself is in need of a refresh. The king bed was very comfortable, however, the kitchen table, couch, rug and porch chairs were especially worn. The beach chairs had mold on them and the beach umbrella was of no use. There were too many chairs and pillows in the unit making it difficult to get comfortable. The closet was small and the only place to store clothes. A dresser of some sort would have been nice. Overall we were happy with our stay despite the shortcomings of the carriage house.

This is a great property and perfect location for a quick get away. It was very quiet and easy access to walkway A and to the center of Rosemary. I would recommend highly for two people due to the studio layout and one bathroom.

I thought the area we stayed in was lovely. Our little cottage garage house was tiny and smelled of mildew. It was not worth how much we paid. We won’t be back to Rosemary beach as the accommodations are out of our price range.

Hello. Super cute carriage house and worked for my husband and I. The location is great and overall it was comfortable and pleasant. We were pretty disappointed with the lack of communication. For example, we had no idea there were bikes there for us, as it was not mentioned anywhere and we had already rented some. We saw some bikes sitting out front, but the check in instructions, book in the house, etc. never mentioned it. In addition, we were having issues with the wifi and the number left in the book was a number with a message in Spanish. Eventually we tracked down the number of a the corporate host company and someone was able to get the wifi working.

Thank you for staying! The review contains inaccuracies. We did indeed ask if bikes were needed. A review shows no messages were ever acknowledged or replied to by the guest. We responded to the WiFi temp outage and the team made extra effort to resolve. We’re a fully operating local business in the heart of Rosemary Beach - always on call to assist our guests!
