Direct Ocean in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Walk to restaurants, cafes, outdoor dining with live music, and entertainment. End unit with 30 Ft. balcony on second level (5 ft off ground)

**3 miles South of Cocoa Beach Pier**

This is a beach front unit with private gate to the beach. Pool in the front of the building. There are two parking spaces. You may choose to park in the underground garage or on site.

Dining area and living room looks out onto the ocean and a 30 ft. balcony equipped with seating. The living room has a navy blue couch, a white leather recliner and a 50 inch flat screen TV. Dining area has a large wood tsble with 6 chairs, 2 bar stools The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and includes full- size washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, Flat screen TV, and direct view of the ocean. The master bathroom is also newly renovated, has a walk in shower and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has a twin and a queen bed .with a full bathroom right next to it, along with flat screen tv.

Beach towels and beach equipment are provided.

The condo is clean with beautiful decor. The location next to the beach is great and it was nice to have a dedicated parking spot in the busy downtown area. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. Even though the condo is located in a popular area, it was quiet inside. We used the included beach items and we always choose vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in the unit for the convenience. We would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on Cocoa Beach. Plenty of places to walk to and get coffee, ice cream or dinner. The beach access was perfect and having kids I appreciated it being right by a lifeguard. The home was wonderful! We spent many morning watching the sunrise from the patio or beach. Simply amazing!

I cannot begin to explain how pristine and well equipped this condo was. It was immaculate. It had everything we needed and was spotless. We celebrated my wife's birthday here as she had never been to a Florida beach and Cocoa Beach was her pick and this condo did not disappoint one bit. The beach view was obstructed somewhat by the tropical plants and palms (can you really complain about that?) but you could still see it, and you could still see the ocean over top - that was more important to us.The communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly over text (thank you both).We did not get a chance to use the pool, because there is a beach.. and we would prefer to use the sand and ocean vs the pool :) but it looked nice!10/10 and would recommend to anyone planning on staying in cocoa beach.

Our stay was amazing here! Marisa was great to deal with, everything was clean and as advertised at the condo. The beds are super comfortable and there is so much to do around the condo. If you love the beach and are looking for a great place to stay, this is it!

Wonderful beach stay for a family

Our whole family stayed here and had a great time. Beautiful view and access to the beach. Host was nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was clean and everything has been thought of! We flew in and didn’t have to worry about beach toys, towels, chairs. The beds and pillows were amazing!!! Location was key. Coconuts on the beach was our favorite. Thank you for so many memories our family made. We will be back.

The condo was in a wonderful location and next to the beach. So once you get there by car, you may not need to drive around much. The unit is beautiful and must have been remodeled in recent years. Great Location and Comfortable

This was a perfect location for walking to restaurants and getting to the beach quickly. The beds were super comfy and there was more than enough room for our family of 4. The owner was super responsive and we had a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Holiday Vacation

We woke up to lovely sunrises over the ocean. Restaurants were just around the corner. Our family loved this renovated condo on the beach!

The Property was clean & cozy. My only disappointment was not having a clear view of the ocean due to overgrown shrubs but that’s not the owners fault and she said they’ve already complained but I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cocoa Beach. They were very easy to work with.

Good location and wonderful views

The apartment listing photos are accurate. The view of the ocean is wonderful and the beach access is a few feet away. The apartment was clean and the beds were super comfortable.

We live in NJ, which is where I grew up and so did our two children, who recently moved to NYC. My husband is a native Floridian. We vacationed yearly in Florida when our kids were small to enjoy the warm weather and spend time with their grandparents We still go to Florida as often as we can. It's our second home.

This is our second condo on the Space Coast and we absolutely love this area. We've vacationed in Cocoa Beach for many years. Our kids have grown up with many great memories of visiting their grandparents in the area.
