Great place overlooking the pool and ocean! We could check-in an hour earlier. We would definitely rent this place if we ever come back to Coco Beach!

Right on the beach by the pier. Very convenient to anywhere we want to go for meals and entertainment. Nice pool. We enjoyed it.

This is the second time we've come back to this complex. It is in a great location and we love having the tables on the rooftop available. We were fortunate enough both times to see a space launch and it was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the fact that the owner left the things that others had left such as coffee and spices and things like that. We appreciate the little half table that was installed on the balcony where we could sit and enjoy our coffee in the morning. The bed was comfortable and we would be more than happy to rent this unit again. We especially like the fact that it's on a higher floor so that we have a view of the beach.

PROS: Very nice pool, plenty of parking spaces, easy beach access, great roof top area with tables and chairs, condo was clean, closet full of beach equipment.CONS: The smaller bedroom had two twin beds, this needs to be one queen bed. As an adult, the twin size was too small for me to get comfortable. To the left on the beach is a pier with a bar/restaurant. While your are laying on the beach you are overwhelmed with the smell of fried food coming from the exhaust of the pier restaurant.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We loved how close it was to the pier and to be able to watch the surfers from the balcony. The pool was even warm enough to swim in.

Such great access to all you could want out of your Cocoa Beach experience. The room has a fantastic view of the pier, pool, and beach. The walk to the beach is close, accessible, and private. The room is spacious and has all needed amenities!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. The view from the patio was outstanding with an excellent view of the Cocoa Beach Pier. The management company was very communicative and provided all the necessary instructions prior to our arrival. My wife and I would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing property! Walk right out to the beach and only 1 property away from the Pier. Rooftop patio had an excellent view of a rocket launch at KSC.

We thoroughly loved the condo, the view, the proximity to the pier and restaurants. Groceries were only a two block walk. The heated pool and beach amenities offered by the owner. Great stay. Thank you.

Anniversary Trip

Lovely vacation spot. We were able to see two launches from the roof. The property is located close to the pier and many tasty restaurants.
