The heated pool allows for year round enjoyment. Chateau by the Sea

This was a beautiful location right on the beach but the area in front of us was closed. Apoarently every 5-8 years workers bring sand in from the ocean and regrade the beach. Bulldozers were running 24 hours a day. Very noisy. Dated decor but had everything we needed for a week.

Very happy with this location

Exactly as expected from the pics in listing. Oceanfront view with nice patio was terrific; enjoy the sunrise, waves and watching cruise ships leaving each night. Family and dining room great size for 4-6 people. Kitchen was small and a bit dated, but had everything we needed. Pool and exterior grounds very comfortable. Easy walk to some fun restaurants and bars.

All "mostly good". Don't know if there were maintenance issues, but pool was NOT heated during our stay. That was a huge criteria when choosing a place to stay. So disappointed with that. Condo itself was a bit outdated but served our needs just fine. Very cool to watch a rocket launch from our condo roof.

Anniversary Trip

Lovely vacation spot. We were able to see two launches from the roof. The property is located close to the pier and many tasty restaurants.

Beach Getaway

Everything went very well. Ocean front condo was spacious for our needs and everything within walking distance or a short drive. Only negative....the patio door/screen badly need to be replaced. Not fixed but replaced. Such a beautiful property with the main attraction the ocean should not have to battle a screen door. The glass door doesn't fit or has been damaged beyond repair. The wooden desk/table on the deck obstructs the view of the ocean. The only condo in this complex with such a useless eyesore. Otherwise EXCELLENT!

Great Stay

The property is great and is in an awesome location. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The only problem was the neighbor constantly smoking pot on their balcony which made our unit smell, and we couldn't use the balcony. For this reason, it is not ideal for kids (we had 3 with us), otherwise it would have been perfect.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. The location was perfect and the view amazing. Steps to the beach, the pool was clean and refreshing and the rooftop access was a nice surprise. Highly recommend.

Great condo the best balcony beach veiw! Condo very nice and clean. Couches did have a little bit of a muskie odor to them but nothing over bearing. The 1st couple of nights there was a great deal of noise from the ceiling (people above us) but it did not last long. Over all this was by far a GREAT place to say! *****

1st time at Cocoa Beach!!!!

The property was perfect. Amenities at the property were top notch as well. Proximity to local restaurants and attractions. Was able to witness a launch from Cape Canaveral as well. The beautiful sunrise and sunsets as well. I give this a 10 out of 10.

Unclean condo

The kitchen was not clean, I had to to wash dishes in cabinet before using them. The patio furniture was terrible and not what was shown on Vrbo. Was very disappointed that we couldn’t sit out on patio. The furniture in condo was not wiped down and kitchen floor not clean The location and surrounding areas were very nice. The rooftop patio was really nice.

Fall break get away.

We had a great stay! Loved the balcony and the roof top. We watched a night time launch from the roof top as well as a sunset. We watched sunrises from the balcony. It was perfect for us. We had two adults and a 14 year old and two 12 year olds. We will stay there again!

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful week. The condo is lovely, nice decor, sunrises over the ocean, good location. Despite a musty odor in the bedrooms, we throughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The manager was so kind to work with.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful & relaxing trip, the beach was beautiful & the sunset & sunrise views were amazing, loved the views from the top of the building, definitely an unexpected bonus, will definitely come back
