Beautiful Oceanfront and Beachfront 3rd Floor Condo in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Security entry building. Small condo with 25 units. Renovated with Beach House Style Decor. Unit 203 is also ours if you are interested in this unit as well: Vrbo ID: 1377371.

Private balcony in Living Room and Master Bedroom with a view of the ocean and beach, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 adult (master king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed) and 2 kids (Queen size sofa bed in living room). Life guards are couple hundred feet away from you. Boardwalk is a desirable community, with relaxing pool to cool down during hot summer season.

No busy street to crossing, Ocean and beach is in your back yard. nice size kitchen and dinning room, is perfect for your family getaway dinner. you can escape to the the beach and walk to everything around you. Enjoy happy hours on Coconut on the Beach next door, all of the great restaurants, shops, and live entertainment that downtown has to offer just out of your door. Wake up every morning to a fabulous sunrise and cheers the afternoon at sunset.

No keys to lose! This property provides secure, key less entry with the August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, ONLY you and/or anyone whom you authorized to access, for the duration of your stay. All of our guests have a peace of mind, because no any guests have access to the key, or any chance to copy a key. No worry if someone will open your door while you are staying there. Our guests safety is our number one priority!

No pets include service animal, which has fur (sorry) is allowed because owner has severe medical conditions - life threatening situations, please understand, and thank you.

We love this place

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and both were great experiences. The place is really nice and the area is far enough away from the main drag to be very relaxing.

Great Apartment with Amazing Views

We had a perfect 3 night stay in this apartment. The rooms were spacious and clean and the views were amazing. The location is great for the beach and restaurants. Check in was easy and contact with the owner was efficient.

We loved the condo… it was everything and more than expected. The owner was great to work with and gave us very helpful info for the area. We also loved the location and would definitely stay there again.

The condo was nice the only complaint was that the pool was being renovated

The property is good and our host communicated with us well but looked more run down then the pictures and pool was CLOSED for renovations and we were not told prior to arriving so it was a shock as we come from MI to use the pool but beach access was good and felt safe and the key to get in was good

Great beach and views

Lovely condo unit with great beach views and access. Kitchen is a little dated and bathroom vanities but living/dining areas are very nice. Lovely flooring throughout and really nice balcony. Access to beach and garage parking definitely a plus!

Great view and condo

Great place to stay and host was a good communicator. Lovely beach decor and large balcony. Has had some leaks in ceiling but none during our stay even with tropical storm warning and nearby hurricane. Fantastic views. Loved Coconut bar and restaurant around the corner.We would definitely stay again

Great stay & communication

The property was surprisingly quiet for being in such a central location. The host was great with providing property details and making sure everything was clear before our arrival. Loved have a designated parking spot and the location was great for walking to get food, ice cream and people watch. We would definitely stay again!

One night stay

The property was very nice, but I didn't realize it was right next door to a bar, which was very loud with the music and lots of screaming. It eventually settled down but several people were jumping over the fence onto the condo grounds, which didn't make me feel secure. Our flight ended up being very late, so it was dark when we got there. We had to carry luggage up steps to get inside. Once inside, there was an elevator. We used Uber to get there, so we didn't get into garage where there was an elevator, so send one person to open garage door. Overall, it was nice, but I think, personally, I would avoid for longer stay because of the noise from bar.

Great stay on Cocoa Beach

Great condo with an unbeatable location. Owner is fantastic to work with. Stayed for a few days with my wife and three small kids and condo accommodated us perfectly. Views are amazing and being right on the beach makes for an easy, stress free vacation without having to cart sandy kids around in a car.

Great beach condo

We absolutely loved staying at this condo on the beach. The location was perfect to walk to wherever we were going. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our favorite part was the balcony overlooking the beach. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the waves, the wide variety of birds and dolphins.

Great Condo and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. Our host was very helpful before our stay giving us all the information we needed as well as helpful information about things to do in and around the area. We were steps from the beach and a little shops. We enjoyed our time here and will look to book again for future stays.

Location and a view!

This condo is walking location to all of the amazing restaurants in Cocoa Beach Village and you can't beat the ocean view! The owner is very easy to contact and super helpful. The condo has everything that you need!

Fantastic getaway

This was our second time here. Fantastic place to relax and watch or play with the ocean. Everything is close by. Lihua very responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!
