First time in Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is fabulous. The location is awesome. We will definitely be back and probably stay in a different house / cottage just to try out different places.

Cozy atmosphere

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good. Hot water was an issue and the golf cart needs replaced!!!Apparently a water leak is under the house. We had to be there while an inspector searched for the leak which was inside the home under the floor. Golf cart didn’t operate very well and unsafe when at intersections

Spring get away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area and the resort are very nice. Also very dog friendly. The home is in a good location. It could use some updating. Well used carpet in the master bedroom is just a turn off. Bed mattress is soft and uncomfortable. Kitchen was fine. Lots of noise in the mornings with maintenance crews working very close to the house.
