For a quick overnight stay the property was ok. I would not want to stay for much longer than that due to the noise of folks revving their engines and racing around the streets for most of the night. The property itself was nice enough and was easily walkable to restaurants etc, but being just off Central it was noisier than I anticipated.

If you are looking for a place to call home while you are away this is the place! Everything was clean and the house was very comfy. So many things are in walking distance, we even explored the New Mexico college campus and its beautiful water landscapes! Being in the center of everything we still had a quiet evening at home in this lovely house. All the amenities were great to have and definitely recommend this rental to anyone that wants an arty city vibe but still all the comforts of home.

Check in was easy. The house is a vintage gem in the perfect location for visiting UNM and local amenities. Streets are busy by day but just standard city hubbub, no disturbance at night. The outside areas could use a little attention but otherwise the place is surprisingly delightful.

Property was amazing , check in process was smooth, only thing I did not know was the room under the house… maybe a basement extra room it didn’t state that in the listing. Scared me a bit…

6/10Stay in the home was for hospitalization of a family member, very convenient to Presbyterian Main on Central. Central location to grocery store, restaurants.Upon arrival there was trash on the back door porch (appeared perhaps a passerby took advantage of the space) which we had to pick up and dispose of. The windows are non-operable which would be beneficial for airing out a stuffy environment upon entrance and for evening breeze for those of us who prefer fresh air versus a/c. Not to mention emergency egress. The window sills need a good cleaning. The bathroom floor was dirty and had hair which we also cleaned. The tub/shower fixtures are loose/wonky and unable to adjust showerhead.The 'keurig' is actually a Nespresso which would've been good to know to purchase the correct pods for taste preferences.Otherwise, a quiet area for rest in the evening. A quick visit from cleaning crew prior to arriving would've been great. Host was quick to respond to messages. Overall not too bad for the cost. Would consider this home if necessary for medical stays in future.

Great location

My brother and I stayed here to visit family in town. Location is great with food options nearby. The place seemed to be in the early stages vacation rental with some basics not quite considered. My bedroom door didn't latch closed and there weren't enough lamps, no wine opener, etc. is still stay here again, but would hope that more than one bath towel would be provided.

House is cozy and nice. Very loud neighborhood at all hours, bright lights in the windows at night. The picture gives the impression that the yard is fenced, but it is only partially fenced.

There was some issues outside of the house with debris left by the back gate entrance and cables hanging near the back door that would knock into the wall in high winds. And dryer was not working

The house is adorable, the beds were very comfortable The owners were prompt with concerns!The house is in a perfect location to the school and walking distance to a lot of cafes. The only concern was the house was in a corner and there was a small, unhoused group across the street, that lingered around. The owner was great about calling police to clear them out when they got disruptive.
