This stylish 3BR/2BA Jax Beach home with a heated pool is just a 5-minute stroll to the sand, beach bars, and restaurants. Relax by your brand-new private pool or unwind in the screened-in patio with comfy seating. Cook up coastal meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then walk to nightlife and dining. Your perfect beach getaway starts here!
- Private pool ***Pool heating is available at $65/day, and must be requested 72 hours in advance. Please note, the pool will heat up to 20°F above the outside temperature and will not function if the outside temperature is below 60°F
- Property is self check-in
- 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens)
- 2 full bathrooms
- Screened in outdoor lounge area
- Grill (Propane included)
- Well-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and coffee essentials
- Driveway & Parking Pad
- TVs in the living room & two bedrooms (Bring your own streaming accounts)
- High speed internet
- Washer & dryer in detached laundry room (accessed from screened patio)
- Pack ’n Play available for guest use
- 5 minute walk to beach, beach bars, and restaurants
- Close to Baptist Beaches Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and TPC Sawgrass
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM per city ordinance
- Pets (dogs only) – Dogs are allowed with a paid pet fee. Undisclosed pets = immediate eviction and loss of rent. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of stay
- Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 10 AM
- All guests must be registered, unapproved visitors or extra guests may result in eviction and loss of rent
