Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay, but just a few things could have been better. As soon as we arrived we noticed a sewage smell from under and within the kitchen sink that lingered all week long. Gnats were present and persistent because of this. In the living room, one of the reclining sofas was broken. Throughout the home, we experienced a dampness/humidity problem that the air conditioning couldn't seem to fix. Despite these challenges, we still enjoyed our stay.

It was clean, spotless, comfortable, well-maintained, and had many amenities I didn’t expect in a rental. The homeowners should be very proud of this property and the work that they put into it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this beach house and will definitely come back! The location is excellent, and we love everything Oceanside Village has to offer. The new ice cream truck was a fun addition, and we really enjoyed the pools and having access to golf carts to get around.One of our favorite things about the house is how spacious it is. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was great, it was well stocked with everything we needed to cook.There are just a few areas that could make the experience even better. The grill could use an update, as it wasn't in the best condition. Some of the couches are showing their age, and one seemed especially worn out and had lost much of its support. The mattresses in a few of the bedrooms were also quite firm, which may not be comfortable for all guests.Overall, we had a great vacation, loved the home and the community, and can't wait to come back!
