Very clean upon arrival. Love the location, close to everything. The balcony was very big, bigger than the pictures made it look. Very easy walk to beach and fast elevators.

Clean, comfortable Condo. Perfect for our family and 2 grandkids. Great location. Very relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Liquid lives provided good communication throughout the entire process, including checkout. The condo had an awesome view of the ocean and was easily accessible through the elevator or one flight of stairs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was clean upon arrival. Overall, we had a great week there and we will come back again.

We absolutely loved this condo and we enjoy Summer House the past 2 years! This host was great! The property is clean and very easy access to shopping and restaurants. The only concern we have had is the parking attendants. They were rude more than once over simple questions. My daughter happen to have a college friend in town at the same time. She wanted to stay the night. When I went to ask him about a 1 night pass he said she can park across the street. When I said o it’s just 1 night and there’s plenty of parking could we help her out for 1 night, he said no he would just have it towed. It was just the way they spoke to us a few times coming in and out 1st day or 2. Everything else was perfect!
