Awesome, fun and great view but a bit expensive once

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful and fun! condo could have used more bathroom towels, a bit expensive once you pay all taxes, fees and parking, but overall, great experience.

The condo was just as pictured. Nice clean and updated. The spot is perfect from the parking garage making bringing in your items nice and easy. Provides a perfect view without having to be too high up in the condos. Love the Ice vending machine on property. pools were clean and so was all of the property. Highly recommend ordering beach chair service. Makes your trip to the beach so much more enjoyable without having to carry all those chairs and umbrellas. Beds were all very comfy and plenty of extra linens and throw blankets. family wants to stay in this exact condo again next year!

There was plenty of room for our family. The only negative would be the rugs. They can cause you to trip. Other thank that this was a perfect condo to book.

The condo itself is great! Having three bathrooms (one for each bedroom) was a major plus. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to pop back and forth from the pool/beach to the room easily. I will say that the rugs throughout the condo were unnecessary and a tripping hazard for all, both children and grandparents. Also, even connected to the wifi, you couldn’t make or receive a phone call in the condo. Only able to make or receive calls at the far end of the parking garage or at the beach. More of a property issue than the condo itself.

Phoenix Gulf Towers 307 - A+ Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For my family's first time in Orange Beach, we could not have been happier with our choice to stay in Phoenix Gulf Towers 307!!! This condo is perfectly situated along Perdido Beach Blvd. for easy access to multiple attractions and restaurants. The condo itself has a picture-perfect view of the ocean and beach. Accessing this beach was a very pleasant experience: jump on the elevator for a very quick ride, then be on the beach in a few minutes' walk. The pool area and lazy river also provide a great alternative. The condo was well equipped and had a great feel. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and still had room to spare. Lastly, with this condo on the 3rd floor, it was easy to access the parking garage. I would highly recommend this condo.

The kitchen was nice and we had plenty of room to cook big meals. The beach access was easily accessed. Loved the balcony!

We had a great time. The only exceptions were no plug for tub in bath on right; light is out over stove; not enough blankets; no clocks for BRs; mattresses need replacing.

The last river and pool were amazing and beach access was super easy. We left planning our future return visit. We will definitely be back.

Good but not great

Reviewer Comments: Positives: the bedrooms in this condo are large and so are the bathrooms.The kitchen is very well stocked, including a crockpot and a blender. There is a great ice machine in the bar area. Check out was easy. The deck is very large and looks out over the pool and towards the ocean.I found the property to be very kid friendly. We had a couple of maintenance issues while we were there, but they were taken care of quickly and professionally.There are certainly some areas of opportunity as well. There were a total of five coat hangers in the entire condo, which can sleep up to 12 people. There is absolutely no cell service in the condo at all. You have to be attached to Wi-Fi the whole time in order to make any calls or send text messages. The outdoor pool and lazy river were absolutely freezing and not heated at all. Which would’ve been nice to know as some of the surrounding properties did have heated pools. The temperature of the water made it difficult for the kids to be outside on the very windy days. The most concerning thing, though is that all the rugs in this condo are rumpled and wrinkled and complete tripping hazards. On more than one occasion, a person wiped out and fell down because they are not adequately secured to the floor. Not to mention the master bedroom bed is so high off the ground you truly need a stepping stool to get up there.

My kids were completely obsessed with the lazy river and water slide setup and it was setup so well. The ease of access from the parking garage is unbeatable. We will definitely be back!
