Pros: Amazing beach views with no direct sun hitting deck. Very spacious condo with super comfortable beds. Cons: Sand sand sand LOL. All the beach gear is kept on the deck so you track sand in constantly. There was sand in the couch when we got there and the floors were not the cleanest. The kitchen only had about 3 glasses and 5 coffee cups, but an abundance of other dishes.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, Sarah! We’re so glad you enjoyed those amazing beach views and the comfortable space at Hamilton House 306. Having a shaded deck to relax on after a beach day really is a nice bonus. And yes… sand definitely has a way of following everyone home from the beach! We do appreciate you mentioning the cleanliness concerns and the limited glassware. Our housekeeping team is already addressing this to make sure the condo is better prepared for future stays. We’re happy your family still had an enjoyable time overall, and our team at JC Resorts North Office truly appreciates the feedback and the opportunity to improve. We’d love to welcome you back again.

Love Hamilton House! This condo was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Still had a decent view from patio, even though on side since no big buildings next door. Enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

Great Beach side Condo for a Family

Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and 4 young children. The place was perfect for us as it had plenty of beds and space for famiky activities. The walk to the beach is about 45 seconds and the complex is quiet and small. Hoping to make this is regular place we visit when we want to be at the beach.

Really nice and surprisingly roomy.

This condo is really, really nice. We've been coming to the area for over a decade and stayed at the same place every year. Now, we wish we had found this place sooner. It's spacious, great floor plan, nicely decorated and great location. I'm going back. Right here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a return trip to Hamilton House for us. We love staying in this building because it is a smaller amount of condos. The grounds are well kept the pool is so nice and not overly crowded and you’re steps away from the beach. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

Girls trip

The condo was amazing. When we were not out and about the condo was great. It was very relaxing, the beds were very comfortable(amazing). I slept better in the master bedroom than in my bed at home. The only draw back to the condo is that it needs some bowls with lids for storage for leftovers. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The location is fantastic. We absolutely love Hamilton House. We are at the age where we don't want the huge crowds on the beach. Hamilton House is a small complex on a beautiful beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
