Property was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and bed was really comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Only thing prospective renters should know it is a second story condo and stairs only.

Lovely, quiet condo just as described in the listing. The host was a delight, going above and beyond with check in instructions and dining/entertainment recommendations. He was also quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain House Retreat in Durango. We had everything we needed for our stay in the apartment and found it clean and pretty well cared for. The property's pool, hot tub, and sauna were all a bit old and cold, but usable. Otherwise, the host was very professional and communicative.

Nice, well-appointed place, especially the kitchen. I was there for a conference so I didn't get to spent a lot of time in the apartment. I had a question for the host and he responded within minutes.

We had a great stay at this property in Durango, Colorado! Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the unit was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable.

Our stay in Durango was great. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything. Very quiet area. The unit has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Don’t wait book it now if your coming to Durango.

Great place. Close to Fort Lewis campus! Nice location, close to everything. 5 minute drive to awesome hiking/biking trails. Condo as described! Everything worked and was very clean. Very roomy. Bed was super comfortable!

Place was great and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It is only 5 minutes up the road from "downtown". We would stay here again if we ever go back to Durango.

Excellent lodging choice for my wife and I. Located close to town and the train. The condo was clean and very homey. We really enjoyed it. Just a note that it is located on the 2nd floor so you would have to carry luggage up the stairs.

We were close to everything we planned for fun!! I chose ur place before the activities! Durango Silverton train, Bar D Chuckwagon supper and show, Durango Cowboy church and 4 Corners monument plus Mesa Verde Cliffs!!

Small but efficient. It was around 90 degrees which I was told was hotter than normal but the little a/c window units could not keep up during peak of heat. Very Clean and everything worked well.

The property is not walking distance from town. There is no view, only of the neighbors, you have to keep all the blinds closed or you are seen. It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs on the front deck. Bring a bar of soap, they only have body wash. No bathroom exhaust fan. The condo is perfect for two people. You will hear everything from the parking lot.

The condo was very comfortable and well situated. The communication with the property manager was very good and prompt. We expressed a concern with the comfort of the pullout bed in the couch and the manager said it would be taken care of.
