Kick back and relax in Paradise

Cape Haze Resort is a private gated community built harmoniously within a nature preserve. Cape Haze Resort offers a truly unique coastal lifestyle with luxury amenities and peaceful surroundings. The beautiful resort is located within the harbor and beach region of the Cape Haze peninsula on Florida's west coast. The resort has so much to offer.

You can take a walk on the trails, work out in the state of the art fitness center, practice your chipping or putting on the putting green, shoot a few baskets on the basketball court, play some tennis, or relax by the huge free form pool that has cascading waterfalls or in the jacuzzi. The clubhouse is open to all guests, and wireless internet connection is available at the pool, fitness center and clubhouse.

The location of the resort is ideal for all types of vacation wishes. Cape Haze Resort is close to all the conveniences of Englewood and Port Charlotte. Boca Grande is only a short drive and Palm Island is a short boat ride away. The resort offers easy access to the beaches and area activities like fishing, boating, kayaking, sailing, golf, dining, arts and entertainment. We are also directly across from Don Pedro Island state park.

Our beautiful condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is upgraded and includes granite countertops and custom wood cabinets and has all the cooking amenities of home. It can sleep 4-6 people very comfortably. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom as well as a pull out full sofa bed . The bathrooms are upgraded and have granite countertops, as well as custom wood cabinets. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The entire unit has been custom decorated and setup to give our guests a relaxing and peaceful Florida vacation The condo overlooks the community lake and fountain. One of the most relaxing things to do is to sit on the large screened lanai. There are beautiful views of the lake from the lanai and master bedroom and livingroom.

The condo was perfect. It was well decorated and had everything we could ask for. The pool, hot tub, and pickleball court were beautiful. People were so friendly. We’d love to stay there again. The hosts were super nice too!

Boating Weekend

Excellent value. Much nicer than we expected. The only complaint was that the bed in the guest bedroom needs to be replaced as the mattress has seen it's better days.

Both mattresses are less than 2 years old. Both were replaced after Hurricane Ian and both are Sealy Posturepedics. We always get the medium firmness, but sometimes people are just use to their firmness at home.

Everything was in great condition and comfortable. If anything, it was more than expected based on pictures. Huge closet in the master, a great kitchen, and a wonderful space outdoors that's screened in for relaxing. From beach necessities to kitchen and bathroom supplies, she's thought of everything. We were so thankful and blessed to enjoy a week here. We were minutes away from lots of beaches and huge shells. Lots to do with the family. Highly recommend!

Unlucky

When we arrived the elevator was not working and both me and my wife are seriously disabled. It took us forever to get all of our luggage and personal items to the second floor. They had an outside contractor retiling the floor of the elevator. On Saturday it was working again, then Sunday when we checked out it was not. I wished there was some way I could get my money back.

We have no control over the elevators. They were doing repairs on the elevators in all the buildings. We only had a one day notice that they would be down. You were happy with the condo and gave us a 5 star review when you stayed there the week before.

Cape Haze Amaze

We loved this property at Cape Haze. We needed somewhere to stay close to friends at Boca and this resort was ideal. The parking was great and easy to unload and load our luggage. The condo was fully equipped, very clean, and spacious. It was also a plus that Publix was minutes away for necessities. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Boca Grande Fishing tournament

We had a great stay at Cape Haze. The property is very nice. We enjoyed the pool and tennis court while we were there for the Tarpon Tournament.

Awesome stay, as clean and organized as advertised.

This property was great! Centrally located for Palm Island, Boca Grande, Venice Beach, etc.. Clean, more than adequately furnished, and maintained better than you can ask. My only concern was whether we could leave it as clean as we received it. The community has a wonderful pool that we used, kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again if we come to the area.

Nice condo . Very clean and well stocked. Bad beds . AC needs work.

Everything went well. Very clean . Great location and kathy 's instructions were excellent. Two problem areas. The beds in both rooms were not very good and sagged quite a bit. The air conditioning was ok but apparently had some type of control that prevented it from running lower than 74 degrees. It wasn't uncomfortable but without fans would have been. It would have been a problem in the summer months for sure and woulod have been unacceptablooe now if there were not several fans.

The beds are newer Serta perfect sleepers. They are the same ones used in most luxury hotel chains. They are a medium firmness, which is what most people prefer. In fact here is a comment that we were sent just 2 weeks after this stay. “FYI please never change your mattresses in your condos. I always sleep all night when we stay here because of how soft the beds are. I suffer from insomnia and never sleep. I slept all night and it was amazing!!“ You should have called us about the AC. It has a programmable digital thermostat. We could have fixed it for you, if you would have let us know there was a problem. In every single correspondence I asked you to please let us know if you have any questions or problems.

Spring Break

We had such an amazing time at Kathy's condo! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed, we ate breakfast on the enclosed lanai every morning, and cocktails in the evening. The beaches were absolutely stunning at Boca Grande. We also went to Englewood and Manasota Key. This was the perfect vacation condo for us to escape New York for a little while! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Value

Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Nice club house, huge heated pool with hot tub not crowded and gym. Close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Only minor complaint is that there was a lot of road noise from passing traffic that I noticed while enjoying the fairly large screened in lanai. I would recommend this property.
