On The Mapp #1 is ready for your next OBX vacation! This bright and beachy cottage is conveniently located in the heart of OBX on the soundside at milepost 6 in Kill Devil Hills. Cottage is 3 bedrooms (plus a queen sleeper sofa in livingroom ) & 2 bathrooms and located three streets away from beach access with parking! Minutes away from the sound, multi-use trail that runs along Bay Drive, and public gazebo dock that's perfect for watching sunsets. Cottage is in pristine condition.

Please know we take great pride in our beach cottage and maintaining its excellent condition. We personally inspect and clean cottage after each guest departure.

Beach get away

Beach house was very clean and comfy!! The owners were kind enough to let us get in early, since everything was cleaned. Close to stores and house had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Short stay for softball tournament

Great location and lovely home

Our family stayed here for Labor Day weekend and we had an amazing time! Everything was clean and working perfectly. The beach chairs and umbrella in the storage area definitely came in handy. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will be sure to return.

Everything just right!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful property, a few minutes away from the beach with our grandkids. We appreciated that the owners quickly responded to our questions ahead of our arrival. The property was very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed.
