Exactly what I was looking for… A convenient, clean, adorable cottage close to all restaurants and shopping… I was there for a theater production, we could walk to the theater. Quiet Street, charming neighborhood… Highly recommend.

Very cute little cottage! The beds were very comfortable. The house is within walking distance of the Shopping Mile and other restraints by the river. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the perfect house for a visit to Boerne!! The location is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere, to eat, to shop and to wineries. In the mornings and evenings we could watch the deer across the street. The host was wonderful. She kept us updated on the weather and was very accommodating . Boerne is a lovely town to visit and this is the perfect place to stay!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect- an easy walk to Main St, which made getting to shops and restaurants super convenient. The decor was charming and gave the cottage a really welcoming feel. The host was also very responsive and attentive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely attentive, responsive, and communicative throughout our visit, making everything easy and stress-free. The cottage was charming, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. One of our favorite things was the walkability—we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The location was perfect, and the cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful host who offered detailed information as we had a 9 month old traveling with us. Beautiful hard wood floors modern kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of room indoors and out. Close to restaurants on the river and downtown. Loved our visit.

The home was renovated recently and is so beautiful, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk from Main Street and our favorite bakery. We’re so happy we found it and hope to be able to stay here again.

House was very clean and was as presented in the listing. Quiet neighborhood while still being very close to downtown/main street. Hosts were excellent. We would definitely stay here again when we revisit Boerne. We attended a concert at Cave Without a Name which we would recommend if the opportunity arises.

The home far exceeded our expectations. Seldom, if ever, have we been to a short-term home rental where so much care, effort and, quite frankly, monetary value had been put into the home. It was exceptionally clean and the quality of the materials (i.e., towels, etc.) was incredible. There was so much attention to detail. I can't imagine one thing being missing. Pete and Sandi are the ultimate hosts and I hope to spend time here again in the near future and often.

Our host Sandi was extremely welcoming and we really liked the personalized coffee cups! The cottage was so comfortable and had everything you would need, from coffee to creamers to games to filtered water in the fridge! The location was great, as we were going to both high schools for basketball tournament. Christmas decor was a nice touch! Beautiful house inside and out! Thank you so much!Leigh Ann and Mike
