This place was really great! Worked perfectly for our guys trip. Wasn’t a far uber from north park, Gaslamp, the zoo, etc. We would totally stay there again. Thank you!

The property was clean and the location was close to restaurants within walking distance. The parking was very tight for an SUV. The beds were comfortable and we had a great time during our stay.

Walkable neighborhood. Difficult to find parking unless you can fit in the small space provided in the back. Good location to eateries. Comfy beds.

Clean space as described, host was helpful and communicative. It's an apartment on the first floor of a gated building, very walkable in the Hillcrest neighborhood. The lighting in the unit is more dim than the photos suggest, but it's still a solid unit and location for the price. As for parking, it's tight but we were able to park a 2016 Honda CRV (just had to hop out of the car before the driver parked). Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place!

Great place to stay. My husband and I with my mom and 5 year old stayed for 4 nights and it was very comfortable.Walking distance to many food spots! Easy parking. Only thing i wasnt prepared for was bringing quarters for laundry. Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was fine. I have different preferences but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a nice place to stay. The space was clean and inviting and the host did an excellent job with communication. However, there were several homeless around the area and the outside walking into the space had a lot of junk everywhere due to some upgrades being made in another unit. If you are looking for family friendly, this might not fit for your crew…depending on preferences.

While the inside was fine, parking was almost impossible unless u have a very small compact car and weigh less than 150 pounds. I am 5'5 and could not get out of the car. Crashed fence leans into parking space and could not open door to get out of car without climbing on armrest and over the car door. After conflict with tenant who owns car on other side host said i could park in back ally where the homeless has set up camp in front of your car. Laundry room was locked when we needed to do laundry. Housekeeping came in without knocking and i was charged over 100 for checking out 1 hour late. This situation is what gives VRBO a bad reputation.

Was okay a little pricey for a little apartment. Does not have central air but a split unit in living room, shower only had overhead sprayer, kitchen could have been more appropriately stocked. Location was perfect for what we had planned and relatively quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are not particularly quiet if you are a light sleeper and sleep in.
