A spacious and quiet carriage house loft located two blocks from historic Old Town main street. Sleeps four: one bedroom with queen size bed and a trundle bed in front room that sleeps 2. One bath and full kitchen newly renovated. A cozy living area with wifi. In walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques such as Lefthand Brewery and Tasting Room, Ziggis, The Roost, The Pumphouse, Scrumptious, Adorn Home & Gift Gallery. Enjoy concerts, festivals, and movie screenings in neighborhood parks, Roosevelt and Thompson.
Please note there are 17 stairs to climb to enter the loft. Base rate subject to change with summer rates.

Great stay in Longmont

First, it's the perfect location for walking to Main St and a lot of other locations that are nearby. Also, Longmont is great central location for going to see other sites. It's a wonderful old neighborhood and quiet. You can hear the trains, but that's anywhere in the southern part of Longmont. The area above the garage is quite spacious. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Just an FYI for potential renters: you have to be able to go up and down a flight of stairs. Also, Joni was the first US host that we met and talked with. Definitely a good VRBO find.

Longmont loft

Beautiful retreat in downtown Longmount

Stayed with a small group for a wedding nearby. The property is absolutely gorgeous and in a central location, an easy five minutes walk to downtown. Communication was fantastic, would recommend to anyone for a quiet weekend getaway.

Nice, clean apartment with easy access to Longmont restaurants and breweries

Property owner was extremely helpful. Place was well-decorated and well-appointed. Lots of natural light. Highly recommend.

Perfect Longmont Loft for Two

This loft apartment is perfect for two. Walkable distance to downtown Longmont and easy drives to Boulder and the front range. The place was spotless and well equipped to allow cooking some of our meals. Proprietor Joni is extremely personable and attentive. This place is a true gem

Joni was very communicative and the apt was clean, well-decorated and equipped. It's in a lovely, quiet, historic neighborhood which is walking distance to Main St shops. Bed was super comfy, as well!

Everything we hoped for! Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed at this property for about 4 days. We were visiting my nephew at CU Boulder and doing some other activities. This was our first time ever staying at a VRBO rental property, so we were a little apprehensive. Also, the 70+ 5-star reviews seemed way too good to be true. But alas, it was the perfection we read about. Joni was a fabulous host and so responsive if we had any questions! I think I was concerned about cleanliness, but the place was immaculate. We also really appreciated and loved the restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed one of the best meals in years right down the street. The food and ambiance were amazing. We would 100% stay there again and I have already recommended the place to both of my sisters who will be visiting the area later this year. Joni set the bar high for us. Now, any future VRBO stays by us will be compared to our first-rate experience in Longmont!

Cozy Place

This is an awesome place to stay. The place is modern, clean and well furnished. John and Joni are excellent hosts and made our stay special. It’s in a great location to walk to local shops and restaurants.

Beyond perfect!

Not only is Joni a superior host, her loft is absolutely superb. Overlooking a lush garden on a gorgeous tree lined street, the exquisitely appointed accommodation is welcoming and private. The ONLY place to stay while in Longmont is this carriage house.

We found this to be a great place to stay. The loft was comfortable. There was plenty of supplies such as towel, pillows and coffee. The location is convenient to many points of interest.

Loving it in Longmont

Super sweet spot! Bed was very comfy. Walking distance to Downtown was handy. The host leaves special treats & great accommodations. It was situated equally between our kids in Boulder & Loveland. Will be back again!

Nice garage apartment

Beautiful, quiet, and convenient Longmont

This property was a real find. Host had thought of every convenience, including laundry soap, dishwasher pouches, and a reusable shopping bag! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk downtown and driving a short distance to visit a friend. We also made several trips to Boulder and Golden. The location was great. The apartment was private and well outfitted with all the amenities posted plus extra touches that made us feel at home. Many thanks!

Charming, cozy and comfortable!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the loft for a few nights while we were in town for a wedding. When I first arrived I thought it was even cuter in person! For our stay, we personally had everything we needed and thought the couch and bed were both very comfortable. All the restaurants / cafes in town were even closer than anticipated as well!! The area was extremely nice, with several parks within walking distance. Joni was very communicative and helped us with anything we needed. She was even able to help us with a later checkout because our flight was later in the day. Staying at the loft was everything we could have hoped, definitely recommend!!

Loved it!

The place was clean and had all amenities we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, and even let us keep our bikes in their garage when we weren't using them. The location is perfectly tucked away in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Stay

The property was perfect for me and my wife. The hosts were great and friendly. They stay had all accommodations we could have expected. The location is in a great spot, walking distance from so many things to do. We would definitely stay here again.
