This freshly remodeled 5BR/3BA home features a heated pool, private movie theater, a mini golf setup, and all the essentials for a stress-free stay. With a large dining room, a separate living room, and a dedicated entertainment space, adults can unwind while kids enjoy movies or video games. The layout offers both space and privacy, with three bedrooms down the hall and two more set apart, perfect for families and groups. Just a 15-minute walk to the beach, great local eateries, and pubs
- Private pool ***Pool heating is available at $65/day, and must be requested 72 hours in advance. Please note, the pool will heat up to 20°F above the outside temperature and will not function if the outside temperature is below 60°F
- Mini putting area in the backyard
- Park Style Grill (Charcoal)
- Self check-in for a seamless arrival
- 5 bedrooms (3 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins)
- 3 full bathrooms
- Private movie theater with 6 power reclining seats for the ultimate entertainment experience
- Fenced-in patio, safe & separate from the pool, great for kids
- Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine in
- Extra-large driveway with plenty of parking for large vehicles
- TVs in every bedroom (bring your own streaming service) and a 55” TV with Netflix in the living room
- High-speed internet for work or streaming
- Washer & dryer for guest convenience
- 5-minute bike ride / 15-minute walk to the beach
- Close to Baptist Beaches Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and TPC Sawgrass
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No parties or events, quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM per city ordinance
- Pets (dogs only) – Dogs are allowed with a paid pet fee. Undisclosed pets = immediate eviction and loss of rent. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of stay
- Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 10 AM
- All guests must be registered, unapproved visitors or extra guests may result in eviction and loss of rent
