Broadbay Getaway Your Next Best Vacation Ever

Great 3-bedroom canal front house located on the Outer Banks of NC. Only four miles to the beach with a bathhouse. The house is in a private gated community, and has one King, and two Queens. Fabulous great outdoor deck, with a charcoal grill overlooking the canal. Amenities include community pool, and tennis court privileges. We also have two kayaks, and a paddle boat for your use. Also included is Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Great stay! Perfect for our family with 2 teens. Plenty of space plus loved having beach chairs and boogie boards and kayaks to use! Also was able to use the beach area on the sound one day which was perfect for a shorter beach outi my.

House was great. It was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend this house. House is located on the canal with lots of birds and beautiful ducks.

We had a great stay at this home. Our family really enjoyed the kayaking/paddleboat and the location was excellent to most of the beaches, restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house on the bay so close to everything on the Outer Banks. It was the perfect place to come back and relax after our daily adventures. We didn’t want to leave!

We were just in for a short weekend trip but the house worked great for our needs. Wish we could have utilized the outside and amenities, we will have to come back in the summertime so we can. Thank you

As always, our stay in this charming cottage was delightful! The master bath has been updated since our last stay. This fits the bill perfectly for our family of four, and we look forward to visiting each time we are in OBX. Virginia is easy to communicate with and responds promptly.

Another great stay!

This was our third time staying at Broadbay Getaway, and we experienced another wonderful week. The home is close to our friends in the neighborhood and right next door to the friendly, responsive owners. We had everything we needed and look forward to returning!

Excellent Place and Convenient

This was a nice little house and very convenient to places. The host was very communicative and explained everything to us about check in. We were even able to check in earlier which was nice!

We choose this neighborhood because of all the amenities it has to offer. It's a gated community with a boat ramp, club house, and community pool. It is located in a good setting and is close to the beach, shopping, and great places to eat, and visit.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This home has a great view of the canal. It is very private, and you can even dock your boat out back in the canal for that great fishing trip, or a relaxing cruise through the canals. You can fish and catch crabs right off the dock in the canal. We have a community pool with a beach area on the sound.
